Status Indication
The pivoting angel-wing barriers are illuminated by red
and green LED lights that indicate the status of the lane:
Green: normal standby mode;
Speedlane is ready to use
Neutral: during authorized use
Red: barriers are closing or unauthorized
use is detected

The Speedlane 300 is equipped with a battery back-up to
prevent malfunction if a power failure occurs. In case of
battery exhaustion or in an emergency the barriers fully
retract into the unit to create a free passage way.
User Safety
An advanced sensor system prevents the angel-wing bar-
riers from closing when a person or object is located in
the safety zone.
BoonTouch
Boon Edam offers a universal control panel that can ope-
rate up to six different security access solutions from a
reception or security desk. Its user friendly, touchscreen
interface allows for each solution to be operated sepa-
rately or simultaneously and displays individual lane alarms
with intuitive icons.
