Biu Tze (Thrusthing Fingers)

Section 1:
1. Attention. Both fist to side of the body at chest level.
2. Sweep both feet outward in an arc into a goat stance.
3. Cross both hands down left over right hand. Cross both hands up right over left
hand. Then move both hands turning to fist at the side of the body at chest level.

Section 2:
1. Left inner gate punch with right fist at the side of the body at chest level.
2. Open left hand to left spear hand moving the spear hand up and down for 5 times
and then move left hand to left palm down moving the left palm let to right for 3
times.
3. Left relaxed hand to left circling hand then bring left hand back to the side at
chest level with right fist still at the side of the body at chest level.
4. Repeat on the other side.

Section 3:
1. Right catching hand or vertical elbow while twisting the body trunk to the left
with left fist to the side of the body at chest level facing west. Left catching hand
or vertical elbow while twisting the body trunk to the right with right fist to the
side of the body at chest level facing east. Right catching hand or vertical elbow
while twisting the body trunk to the left with left fist to the side of the body at
chest level facing west.
2. Left thrusting hand (bil jee) half release passing under right elbow. Left thrusting
hand (bil jee) full release with right fist back to the side of body at chest level.
Right thrusting hand (bil jee) half release passing under the left extended hand.
Right thrusting hand (bil jee) full release joining left thrusting hand (bil jee) in
front while simultaneously stepping right foot forward joining the left foot in a
normal stance facing west.
3. Both hands turns to relaxed hands to double circling hands (huen sau) then back
to the side of the body as fist while sinking down.
4. Sweep left foot outward then right foot facing north.
5. Repeat on the other side.

Section 4:
1. Right catching hand or vertical elbow while twisting the body trunk to the left
with left fist to the side of the body at chest level facing west.
2. Snake out left thrusting hand (bil jee) half release under the right elbow. Left
thrusting hand (bil jee) full release with right fist back to the side of the body at
chest level facing west.
3. Right thrusting hand (bil jee) snake under left extended hand by simultaneously
stepping right foot forward joining the left foot into a normal stance facing west.
4. Double relaxed hand to Double circle hands then back to the side of the body as
fist at chest level.
5. Sweep feet outward and sink down facing north.
6. Repeat on the other side.

Section 5:
1. Right catching hand or vertical elbow while twisting the body trunk to the left
with left fist to the side of the body at chest level facing west.
2. Snake out left thrusting hand (bil jee) half release under the right elbow. Left
thrusting hand (bil jee) full release with right fist back to the side of the body at
chest level facing west.
3. Right thrusting knife hand full release to the upper gate with left fist back to the
side of the body at chest level facing west.
4. Twist to right side facing north while moving the extended right knife hand in an
arc downward and outward to the right side on upper gate with left fist to the side
of the body. Right palm strikes forward to center with left fist to the side of the
body.
5. Left palm up hand (tan sau) moving forward above right hand simultaneously
moving back to the side of the body as right fist.
6. Left relaxed hand to left circling hand (huen sau) then back to the side of the body
as fist at chest level.
7. Repeat on the other side.

Section 6:
1. Right catching hand or vertical elbow while twisting the body trunk to the left
with left fist to the side of the body at chest level facing west.
2. Snake out left thrusting hand (bil jee) half release under the right elbow. Left
thrusting hand (bil jee) full release with right fist back to the side of the body at
chest level facing west.
3. Right thrusting knife hand full release to the middle gate with left fist back to the
side of the body at chest level facing west.
4. Twist to right side facing north while moving the extended right knife hand in an
arc downward and outward to the right side on upper gate with left fist to the side
of the body. Right palm strikes forward to center with left fist to the side of the
body.
5. Left palm up hand (tan sau) moving forward above right hand simultaneously
moving back to the side of the body as right fist.
6. Left relaxed hand to left circling hand (huen sau) then back to the side of the body
as fist at chest level.
7. Repeat on the other side.

Section 7:
1. Right dividing hand (kan sau), left dividing hand (kan sau) and right dividing
hand (kan sau). Then left palm strike to center with right fist back to side of the
body at chest level.
2. Right palm up hand (tan sau) moving forward over left palm which
simultaneously moves back to the side of the body as left fist. Right relaxed hand
to right circling hand (huen sau) then back to the side of the body as fist.
3. Repeat on the other side.

Section 8:
1. Move left hand outward in an arc going to left side with right guard hand (wu sau)
on center. Move hand hand outward in an arc going to right side with left guard
hand (wu sau) on center. Move left hand outward in an arc going to left side with
right guard hand (wu sau) on center. Then left palm strikes forward to center with
right fist to the side of the body at chest level.
2. Left bridge hand (fook sau) then left guard hand (wu sau) with right fist to the
side of the body at chest level. (Repeat 2 more times).
3. Right palm up hand (tan sau) moves forward above left guard hand turning left
fist to the side of the body at chest level. Right relaxed hand to right circling hand
(huen sau) then back to the side of the body as fist at chest level.
4. Repeat on the other side.

Section 9:
1. Left thrusting finger (bil jee) then right thrusting finger (bil jee) moving under left
hand from half release to full release. Left thrusting finger (bil jee) moving under
right hand from half release to full release. Right thrusting finger (bil jee) moving
under left hand from half release to full release.
2. Right thrusting knife hand moves left side with left fist to the side of the body at
chest level facing west.
3. Right extended knife hand moves in an arc downward and outward to the right
side on upper gate area with left fist to the side of the body while twisting the
body trunk facing north. Then right palm strikes to center with left fist to the side
of the body.
4. Left palm up hand (tan sau) moves forward over right hand turning right fist to
the side of the body. Left relaxed hand to left circling hand (huen sau) then back
to the side of the body as fist at chest level.
5. Repeat on the other side.

Section 10:
1. Both hands grab forward at shoulder level facing north. Twist body to left side
with both grabbing hands still extended facing west.
2. Twist body back to right side facing north while simultaneously executing a left
swinging hammer fist strike forward with right fist to the side of the body at chest
level facing north.
3. Left inverted palm strike fingers pointing downward with right fist to the side of
the body at chest level.
4. Left circling hand then back to the side of the body as fist at chest level.
5. Repeat on the other side.

Section 11:
1. Rotate both arms outward moving backward. Bend trunks forward hands touching
the floor. Stand up and rotate both arms outward moving forward for two times.
Then rotate both arms outward moving backward for 2 times. Bend forward hands
touching the floor. Bounce for two times.
2. Stand up and execute left inner gate punch, right inner gate punch, left inner gate
punch moving on top of each other.
3. Left relaxed hand to left circling hand with right fist to the side of the body. Then
back to the side of the body as fist at chest level.
4. Attention.
