Toate informatiile si datele primite cu ocazia recrutarii, incluzand si informatiile din prezenta Oferta de Angajare reprezinta "Informatii confidentiale". La primirea prezentei Oferte de Angajare, independent de acceptarea acesteia, se va semna de catre potentialul salariat Anexa nr. 3 cuprinzand obligatia de pastrare a confidentialitatii. Incalcarea acestei obligatii da dreptul Societatii de a recupera intreg prejudiciul, in conformitate cu prevederile legale.
