During the term of employment your responsibilities
will be in the ones presented in the job description
discussed during the recruitment process. You have
received a copy of the job description form attached to
this Offer of Employment, which specifies the
attributions of the position.
Please note that the place of the work is undetermined
and that you may from time to time be asked to travel
outside Timisoara or Romania. We also may ask you
to take long assignments outside Timisoara or

The main criteria for the evaluation of the employee's
professional activity shall be provided as an annex
(Criteria for the evaluation of the employee's
professional activity), attached herein.
Principalele criteriile de evaluare a activitii profesionale
a Salariatului vor fi prevazute ca anexa (Criteriile de
evaluare a activitii profesionale a Salariatului), ataata
la prezenta Oferta de angajare.

Salary

Salariu
Your monthly gross salary will be 2300 RON. Your
salary will be reviewed periodically in accordance with
the Companys internal policies, as the case may be.

Please consider that the Company runs a Performance
management Appraisal, once per year. The output
from the performance evaluation process will
contribute to identifying training needs and to access
to promotion mechanism, according to the internal
policies. Consequently to the evaluation process, there
might be a salary revision.
Salariul dv. lunar de baza va fi 2300 RON. Salariul dvs.
de baza va fi revizuit periodic, in conformitate cu politica
interna a Societatii, daca va fi cazul.

Va rugam sa aveti in vedere ca o data pe an, Societatea
desfasoara un program de evaluare a performantei
individuale. Rezultatele obtinute vor fi folosite pentru
identificarea nevoilor de training si activarea
mecanismelor de promovare, conform politicilor interne.
Ca urmare a procesului de evaluare pot avea loc ajustari
ale salariului.

Probationary period

Perioada de proba
With a view to verifying the skills a probationary period
of 90 calendar days is established, term which flows as
of the start of the individual employment agreement.
During or at the end of the probationary period, the
individual employment agreement may cease
exclusively by a written notification, without notice
period, on the initiative of any party, without the
necessity of motivating such notification.
When entering a new position or profession within the
Company, you will be subject to a new probationary
period.
Pentru verificarea aptitudinilor se stabileste o perioada
de proba de 90 zile calendaristice, termen ce curge de
la data inceperii contractului individual de munca.
Pe durata sau la sfarsitul perioadei de proba, contractul
individual de munca poate inceta exclusiv printr-o
notificare scrisa, fara preaviz, la initiativa oricareia dintre
parti, fara a fi necesara motivarea acesteia.
In cazul debutului intr-o noua functie sau profesie, in
cadrul Societatii, veti fi supus la o noua perioada de
proba.

Working Program

Durata Muncii
The position that you will have is a full-time position
and the duration of work represents 8 hours/day, 40
hours/week. The working schedule will be in
accordance with the internal rules of the Company,
which you will be provided with in a due time.
Durata muncii corespunde unei norme intregi si durata
acesteia reprezinta 8 ore/zi, 40 ore/saptamana. Orarul
de lucru, care vi se va transmite in timp util, va fi in
conformitate cu reglementarile interne ale Societatii, a
caror comunicare va fi ulterioara.

You will also be entitled, during the term of your
employment, to such vacation, medical and other
employee benefits as the Company may offer from
time to time, subject to the fulfillment of the applicable

internal policies of the Company, as well as the
applicable eligibility requirements, you may also
benefit of a monthly following indemnities:
a. meal-tickets;
b. medical services;
c. Christmas Bonus;
d. dental plan;
e. sport activities (partial reimbursement);
f. optical plan lens or glasses (partial
reimbursement);
g. kindergarten or after-school (partial
reimbursement);
h. life insurance.

The granting the above-mentioned indemnities is at
the sole discretion of the Company, as being subject to
the internal policies and rules of the Wipro, which can
be unilaterally modified by the Company.
The Company's current vacation policy is to provide
you with 21 working days paid vacation per year.
Duration of annual leave is proportional with the
activity performed during a calendar year and the
length of uninterrupted work in the Company, as
follows:

Up to 2 years 21 working days
After 2 years 22 working days
After 3 years 23 working days
After 5 years 25 working days

The Company reserves the right to make any
modifications in this benefits package that it deems
appropriate.

De asemenea, in conformitate cu termenii si conditiile
stabilite in politicile interne ale Societatii i sub rezerva
indeplinirii conditiilor de eligibilitate, aveti posibilitatea de
a mai beneficia de urmatoarele indemnizatii lunare:
a. bonuri de masa;
b. servicii medicale;
c. bonus de Craciun;
d. plan stomatologic;
e. activitati sportive (decont partial);
f. plan oftalmologic - lentile de contact sau
ochelari (decont partial);
g. gradinita sau after-school (decont
partial);
h. asigurare de viata.

Acordarea indemnizatiilor mentionate mai sus este la
discretia Societatii, acesta realizandu-se in functie de
politicile si regulile interne ale Wipro, care pot fi
modificate unilateral de catre Societate.
Politica actuala a Societatii cu privire la concedii este de
a va oferi un concediu platit de 21 de zile lucratoare pe
an.
Durata concediului anual de odihn este proportionala
cu activitatea prestata intr-un an calendaristic si cu
vechimea neintrerupta in Societate, dupa cum urmeaza:

Pana la 2 ani 21 zile lucratoare
Dupa 2 ani 22 zile lucratoare
Dupa 3 ani 23 zile lucratoare
Dupa 5 ani 25 zile lucratoare
Societatea isi rezerva dreptul de a face modificari cu
privire la acest pachet de beneficii dupa cum va
considera de cuviinta.

Termination of Employment

Incetarea Angajarii
You may terminate your individual employment
agreement with the Company at any time with a 20
working days' prior written notice to the Company's
management.
The termination of the individual employment
agreement from the initiative of the employer shall be
done in the conditions provided by the Romanian

Prevederi Suplimentare
Your employment pursuant to this letter is also
contingent upon your submitting of the legally required
medical certificate. The Wipro Technologies HR
representative will offer appropriate guidance.
It is a condition of your employment with the Company:
a. that you provide the following documents,
necessary for the creation of the personal file, when
signing this offer letter and the individual
employment agreement:
Identity card - Copy
Birth Certificate - Copy
Passport - Copy
Last Study Document - Copy
Marriage Certificate - Copy (if applicable)
Birth Certificate for the child/ children in care
(if applicable) - copy
Police record
Document attesting the activity performed,
the duration of the activity, the salary, the
seniority in employment, in the profession and in
the specialization, issued by the former
employer
Exit certificate from the last employer (the
proof of the payment of the social security
insurances)

b. that you sign, prior to the commencement of the
activity, the individual employment agreement with
the agreed details from the current offer along with
the annex comprising the following stipulations:
Clause 1 Confidentiality agreement, Clause 2
Intellectual Property, Clause 3 Processing
employee personal data.
You acknowledge that any breach of any provisions of
the above documents by you may cause the Company
irreparable damage, the amount of which may be
difficult to estimate, thus making any remedy provided
by the law or in damages inadequate.
All information and data received in view of the
recruitment, including the information from this Offer of
Employment, represent "Confidential Information".
When receiving this Offer of Employment, irrespective
of its acceptance or not, the potential employee shall
sign Annex no. 3, comprising the obligation of
confidentiality. The breach of such obligation gives the

copilului/copiilor aflai n ntreinere (dupa caz)
Cazier judiciar
Document care sa ateste activitatea
desfasurat, durata activitatii, salariul, vechimea in
munca, in meserie si in specialitate, eliberat de
fostul angajator
Nota de lichidare de la ultimul angajator
(Dovada plata CAS)
b. semnarea, anterior inceperii activitatii, a
contractului individual de munca ce va cuprinde
detaliile agreate prin prezenta oferta, impreuna cu
anexa ce cuprinde urmatoarele clauze: Clauza 1
Confidentialitate, Clauza 2 Proprietate
Intelectuala, Clauza 3 Procesarea si utilizarea
datelor personale ale Salariatului.

Intelegeti ca orice incalcare a prevederilor documentelor
mentionate mai sus, poate cauza pagube iremediabile, o
estimare a acesteia fiind greu de facut, astfel incat orice
recuperare sau despagubire prevazuta de lege fiind
insuficienta in raport cu prejudiciul cauzat.
Toate informatiile si datele primite cu ocazia recrutarii,
incluzand si informatiile din prezenta Oferta de Angajare
reprezinta "Informatii confidentiale". La primirea
prezentei Oferte de Angajare, independent de
acceptarea acesteia, se va semna de catre potentialul
salariat Anexa nr. 3 cuprinzand obligatia de pastrare a
confidentialitatii. Incalcarea acestei obligatii da dreptul
Societatii de a recupera intreg prejudiciul, in
conformitate cu prevederile legale.

The present offer is subject to the final clauses of the
individual employment agreement and the employment
relationship to be established in the future between the
employer and the employee shall be governed by the
individual employment agreement, which will be
concluded at an ulterior moment. If you accept this
offer, the terms described in this letter will be the terms
of your employment, and this letter supersedes any
previous discussions or offers. Any additions or
modifications of these terms would have to be in
writing and signed by you and an officer of the
Company.

If you wish to accept employment with the Company,
please indicate so by signing both copies of this letter
retaining one of each for your files. This offer and all
terms of employment stated in this letter will expire if
you have not returned a signed copy to me on or prior
to 18.07.2014
We are very excited about the possibility of your
joining us. I hope that you will accept this offer and
look forward to a productive and mutually beneficial
working relationship. Please let me know if I can
answer any questions for you about any of the matters
outlined in this letter.
Prezenta oferta este supusa clauzelor finale ale
contractului individual de munca, iar raportul de munca
ce se va stabili in viitor intre salariat si angajator va fi
guvernat exclusiv de catre contractul individual de
munca ce se va incheia ulterior. In cazul in care veti
accepta aceasta oferta, conditiile descrise in aceasta
scrisoare vor fi conditiile angajarii dvs. si aceasta
scrisoare inlocuieste orice discutii sau oferte anterioare.
Orice adaugiri sau modificari ale acestor conditii vor
trebui sa fie facute in scris si sa fie semnate de dvs. si
de un director al Societatii.
In cazul in care doriti sa acceptati angajarea la
Societate, va rugam sa indicati acest lucru semnand
ambele exemplare ale acestei scrisori si sa pastrati unul
pentru dosarul dv. Aceasta oferta si toate conditiile de
angajare specificate in aceasta scrisoare vor expira
daca nu imi veti restitui un exemplar semnat pana la
data de 18.07.2014
Suntem foarte interesati de posibilitatea ca dvs. sa va
alaturati echipei noastre. Sper ca veti accepta aceasta
oferta si astept cu nerabdare o relatie de munca
productiva si in beneficiul nostru reciproc. Va rog sa ma
informati daca va pot raspunde la orice intrebari despre
oricare dintre problemele mentionate in aceasta
scrisoare.
