College Representatives Visiting Brunswick High School

Juniors & Seniors are encouraged to start the college search process by visiting college
representatives that come to the high school. You must get the signature of the teacher
whose class you will be missing on a pink college visit pass to attend the presentation.
Be selective. Research the schools that are coming to the high school and choose
three that you would like to learn more about. Attendance will be taken at each
presentation.
Unless stated otherwise, visitations will be held in the Guidance Conference Room
located in the Guidance Office. There will be additional college visitations scheduled.
An updated schedule will be available on morning announcements, on the guidance
web page, and in the guidance office.

Campus Visits
Juniors & Seniors are also encouraged to make campus visits this school year. October

are good days to schedule campus visits because we do not
have school these days. You must contact the admissions office at the college to set up
a visit ahead of time. If you will miss school for a campus visit your parent must call the
attendance office the day of your visit and you must bring back official documentation
from the college to verify your visit. This will be counted as an excused absence if you
follow these procedures. Students may take up to three excused absences for college
campus visits per year.
