Conduct research and evaluation of trends and new technologies in the IT services market to
determine suitable strategies to boost the potential of the Mexican IT industry
Prepare, present, and coordinate online and face to face training sessions for SMEs involved in
the IT market
Develop strategies for Mexican SMEs to internationalize their product and service portfolio in
Latin America and the United States

Achievements:

Worked as a project leader to conduct a study called Analysis of the IT Industry in Mexico to
evaluate the World Bank components, as well as, the PROSOFT strategies stipulated by the
Ministry of Economy. This study allowed both institutions to identify the current situation of the IT
service providers in Mexico and the major areas of opportunity and challenges small and medium
enterprises face to improve competitiveness in the country and abroad.

causes of the import problems on medicines in Mexico.
