A. PROJECT OVERVIEW

The scope of this project is to build and host two websites,
The first website will display product information on property development and sales.
The second website will display property accessories and building materials.

Hence the goal of the project is as follows;

Build two independent websites
Each website should display products, services and information related to the company
You want to be able to modify and update information on the site without interfacing with
the developer
You want the developer to recommend and provide the hosting services
You want each website to have personalized emails.

B. PROJECT DETAILS
The project details provide an item-by-item description of each element you require.

1) Graphic/layout design and development:
We will use your corporate style to design the graphics, layout design and development. The design
will also give the user the sense that the site is easy to use, contains clear descriptions and
showcases good services and personalized attention.

Banner:
A banner showcasing your services with light animations.

2) Static content pages:
As per your requirements, the static content pages will include the following sections. All static
content pages will be XHTML 1.0, which is the web standard of World Wide Web Consortium
recommendation.
About Us: Company Background, Members, Resources and articles (downloadable PDF), and the
team
Services: Business Services, Personal Services and related Services as offered by the company
Contact Us: Feedback form, Locations, and Contact Information.

3) Interactive elements:
For Forms:
We will create form pages to;
Allow visitors to request services,
And allow existing clients to send you feedbacks. The forms wont use the database.

For the Quick Search function:
A quick search function allows visitor to access any of the web pages in one click.

4) Email Interface:
We will create a mail shortcut on the site home page; it will offer a fast and convenient access at one
click to your corporate emails.

5) Maintenance:
A CMS (Content Management System) administrative tool will be provided for you to maintain some
sections of the designed site, while we will handle ongoing maintenance of technical content on the
website with surcharge if the need arises.

We can deliver the project within 4 to 6 weeks starting from the day we receive the initial
payment and all content.

C. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
1. High Quality Resolution Pictures for the Websites.
2. Completely Edited Web Content for the Websites.
3. Inhouse Staff to serve as Contact Person and will facilitate information flow for this Project.
4. 80% upfront payment of the total estimated project cost.
