of the employees The primary data is collected through questionnaire and the secondary data is
collected through the company reports, profile, website, etc
According to the primary data most of the respondents are satisfied with the working
environment 123 of respondents are satisfied with the safety equipments provided by the
company Most of the employee4s are satisfied with the incentives The management accept the
workers suggestions and give the reward for their suggestions
The training given by the company is very useful to the workers and the training moulds the workers
The management gives enough guidance to the workers and motivate the workers The
workmen are less satisfied in the team spirit, so the management should motivate them to co5
ordinate with team spirit Some of the workers are dis5satisfied with their inter department
relationship The workers are in need of more transport facility

The automotive industry is in the midst of a ma*or structural transformation in
today4s globalised scenario :System supply; of integrated components and sub5
system is becoming the order of the day with individual small components being
supplied to the system integration instead of the vehicle manufactures

the larger companies including most multi national companies are being transformed

his /ision and was setup in 2789, in anticipation of the revolution in the automobile

the component technology for servicing the requirements of new generations two

with participation from Shriram group and it became a closely held public limited
company and its activities increased in all the areas of manufacture
