Dear Madam/Sir:
We are from the University of the Philippines College of Law, the premier law
institution providing quality legal education to the countrys top scholars and a pioneer
in legal and policy research and development.
Since 1911, UP LAW has made signifcant contributions to the countrys political and
social arena. We have produced 50 bar topnotchers, 4 Presidents, 12 Supreme Court
Chief Justices, 75 Associate Justices, and countless statesmen, judges and prominent
legal luminaries. All these stand proof that UP LAW, now in its 102nd year, is an endur-
ing bastion of legal excellence, training our countrys best and brightest in the grand
manner.
To continue this tradition, the Bar Operations Commission was created. This body
provides support for our Bar Candidates by organizing lectures, producing reviewers,
arranging hotel billeting and other forms of assistance to graduates taking the Bar
Exam in October.
To begin this years Bar Operations, the Commission is organizing "CONQUER: The
2014 UP LAW Bar Operations Kick-Off Party." to be held on 23 August 2013.
This annual event, in cooperation with the UP LAW Student Government serves as a
fundraiser for the Commission. The program will feature presentations, as well as mu-
sic and dancing, with an expected attendance of a maximum of 300 guests.
It is with the aim of achieving a 100% passing rate in this years bar examinations that
we invite your esteemed company to help us ensure the continued tradition of excel-
lence and integrity of the UP College of Law by becoming a contributor to CONQUER.
Your valuable participation will provide much-needed support to the UP LAW gradu-
ates who will be taking the 2014 Bar Examinations. Attached are the packages of our
PROPOSAL OF PARTNERSHIP for your consideration. We will be happy to discuss
