shall perform smoothly and safely. Any defects shall 5e corrected 5y the hoist pro4ider 3ithout any e&pense to the
73ner.

A. ;f the hoist is used 5y the Contractor it shall 5e repaired repainted and other3ise refur5ished to li:e ne3
condition prior to its acceptance. The Contractor assumes all responsi5ility for operation and maintenance until the
