HOMESTAY POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We would like to thank you for following our policies and procedures during your stay with
us. Please read the following policies and procedures carefully. As our guest, you will read
and sign the hotel policy agreement at time of check-in and you are therefore agreeing to
abide by the policies and procedures listed below.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
By reading, you acknowledge that you have understood and agree to be bound by these
Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Other Policies, which form an agreement that is
effective as if you had signed it.These Terms may be revised or updated from time to time.
Accordingly, you should check the Terms regularly for updates
Hemat House may make changes , content, services or features of the policy at any time and
guest will be informed about the changes.

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT

Guest check-in time is 2:00 p.m. If rooms are requested prior to check-in time, early arrivals
will be accommodated, as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

ROOM DELIVERIES

Items will be placed inside the sleeping rooms (not outside or under the door) after a guest
has checked in. Items will not be delivered prior to arrival. All deliveries will be charged

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate will apply to all early departures.

EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY

We will be delighted to accommodate early arrival registration prior to 2 p.m. check-in, based
upon availability.

ID REQUIREMENT

We request that you provide a valid government or state issued ID for registration. The
minimum age to check into the hotel is 21, otherwise you must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian.

PAYMENT POLICY

Please note that payment must be rendered in full at the time of check-out.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

There is limited storage space available at Hemat Homestay . Therefore, shipments to the
House more than three (7) days in advance of the arrival date cannot be accepted. Shipments
that require special handling should be coordinated. Cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Any forklift services will be charged (,,,,) . For ease of handling, packages and boxes should
not be heavier than 100 pounds. Any boxes that are heavier must receive prior approval.
There is a handling fee for each box sent to or from the Hotel. The following fees are current
and subject to change:

POOL POLICIES

There are specific guidelines for use of any areas surrounding the pool, including start times,
minimum and maximum attendance in specific areas, as well as labor/lighting costs and food
and beverage minimums. Additional information can be provided.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are only guaranteed at the time of a pre-paid deposit by means of cash, check, or
credit card and after such will be guaranteed all night. We require 48 hours advance
cancellation notice for individual arrivals. For all group reservations, please consult your
contract or contact the Sales Department at (.) . If advanced notice is not received, you will
be charged for one nights . house are based on availability and certain restrictions could
apply. Guests must be at least twenty one years of age or be accompanied by someone at least
twenty one years of age to check in. Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk for
guest use, and off-street parking is available for guests of the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If an individual cancels their reservation more than 48 hours prior to their stay, they will not
be charged a fee by the hotel. If pre-payments have been paid via another third party
provider, the guest will have to contact that company to request a refund under their stated
policies. If a guest cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled stay, they will be charged for
the first nights stay.



CASH PAYMENT

If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, A Rm
50 deposit per stay is required and will be returned to you on your departure date.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
Hemat House enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the resort
and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce
noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel
immediately.

PROMOTION POLICY
If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the house please follow all
restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all
promotions.

PET POLICY
We are happy to accomodate your pet during your stay.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Meeting Group shall be liable for any damage, normal wear and tear excluded, to the
Function Space, or to any other real or personal property of House , caused by the act or
omission Guest. Guest will not, and shall not permit others to, drive nails, tacks, hooks,
screws, or other items into any part of the house equipment or property. Guest shall return the
house without any damage/s

CLEAN AIR ACT

Smoking is not permitted in any other indoor public space, smokers will be limited to
designated smoking areas located outdoors

SAFETY
The house, including patios, balconies and entrances, should be kept clear and free of trash
and debris. Hallways are not to be used for play areas. Utility closets/rooms (equipped with
air conditioners, hot water heaters, etc.) are not to be used for storage.
The Resident shall not use or keep in the leased premises explosives, burning fluids,
camphene, kerosene, fuel of any kind or other easily flammable material and shall not
otherwise permit anything to be done in the leased premises that will in any way increase the
rate of fire insurance in the apartment building or in any way conflict with any ordinance, rule
or regulation of any government authority having jurisdiction over the apartment.
Remember to turn off irons, curlers, curling irons, and any other heated appliance promptly
after use.

ALTERATIONS

No alterations may be made to your apartment (interior or exterior) without the written
approval of Management. You are responsible for damages caused during the undertaking of
alterations, regardless of with or without Management approval.

CARPET CARE
Carpet damage is the most expensive deductions that may affect your security deposit return.
Charges can range from a small repair to complete replacement of the apartment carpet.
Please be cautious when handling bleach, grease, cigarettes or other items that may stain or
damage your floor. Often pet urine cannot be removed even with multiple cleanings, so
handle your pets responsibly.
Ironing on the floor is prohibited and may put you and others in your building at risk from
fire.
Please check with the Rental Office at move-out regarding carpet cleaning requirements.
Carpets must be professionally cleaned at move-out, and a receipt from the cleaning company
must be provided the Renal Office to avoid charges against your security deposit.
