Fireflies are amazing creatures as they are able to emit light or
twinkle'. They are from the family of beetles. According too a Japanese
legend, the firefly is actually the daughter to the Moon God. It was given to
a childless couple. The girl was very beautiful. Many men fought wiin ner.
The heartbroken girldecided to return to a moon.forever. However, she missed
her family on earth. The
'twinkling'
is said to beliq tears. Acbording to Science,
tre twinkling off a firefly is due to a chemical reaction between
