GOITER(ULTRA-REPORT)
Both lobes of the thyroid gland are enlarged with diffuse increased parenchyma echopattern.
The right lobe measures 7.7X3.6X2.4cm.
The left lobe measures 8.6X3.8X3.1cm.There are two solid nodules seen in the left lobe
measuring 3.8X2.8cm and 2.9X2.4 cm.
And also noted in the right lobe measuring 3.8X2.8CMS with CYSTIC component.
Isthmus is not thickened measures 0.3cm.

FINDINGS:
Thyromegaly with diffuse parenchyma disease nodular goiter as described.
Suggest clinical and laboratory correlation,
