and smooth day-to-day operation. At the shipping company ,we understand that crew
management is one of the most important factors in running the vessels we manage
and we are fully aware that safeguarding these vessels and their owners interests
requires the highly efficient utiliation of the crew. !e maintain one of the world's

observations and studies while the e"isting problems, the author tries to identify
with the focus on the issue of company policy in the field of shipping and port
services side.$any accidents occured because of human error for the e"ample
collision between The crew recruitment is the most important in ship
management and quality people working on board is the key to success.+nly
the compitent person and also have an properly certificate.

Accidents that occur in marine transportation has lots going on. The incident, which
occurred usually is sinking due to overload , burning or e"ploding , or drowning due
to natural factors . *ut based on the data from the human error factor %ailing #ourt is
the main cause of the e"isting marine transportation accidents . A total of ,, - of
events caused by human error than those that e"ist in the marine transportation
system . And only a few are caused by natural factors or weather .

crew when they are signing on or sign off but also we have to manage the walfare of
the crew when they are working on board. +n board vessel for ocean going usually
they came from multinational crew. The social relationship on board vessel also very
important so that the crew feel comfortable and they can work with properly and
safely.
!e would like to compare about multinational crew and domestic crew depend on
our e"perinces we had gotten last year. +ne of our crew member he had completed
the sea pro=ect on board ocean going vessel that the crew came from Ten different
nationalities like )olandia, *ulgarian, (ussian, 9krainian, 0ndia, #hinese,0ndonesian,
*angladeshi and (omanian.
