pick up has been above 100 bps per year (which has increased the profitability of the overall
trading book to an average of 150 bps per year). On the acquisition side (5-10% of overall

region, my contribution to the acquisition of Net New Assets has been approximately 30 million

I have benefitted from several academic, social and professional experiences abroad, including
working and studying in Italy, Belgium, France, Switzerland, China and Dubai, and participating
in a mission to support the rebuilding of several villages in Nicaragua destroyed by Hurricane
Mitch. As a result, I am able to adapt quickly to different languages and environments. My
interests include European alchemical symbolism, Jungian psychology, history of cinema,
modern Italian and European literature, martial arts such as Kung Fu, kickboxing and Nova
Scrimia. I also competed in the Italian boxing amateur league between 2001 and 2004.
