Learning Standard: 1.1.4 Able to talk about stimulus with guidance. 1.2.2 Able to listen and to follow: Simple instruction. 1.3.1 Able to listen to and demonstrate understanding of oral text by: a. asking simple Wh-question b. answering simple Wh-question. 2.2.4 Able to read and understand a paragraph with simple and compound sentences. Previous knowledge: pupils have learnt to ask Wh-Question such as what, who, which, how and so on. Learning outcomes: By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to: 1. Listen and talk about the story of Goldilocks and the three bears with teacher guidance. 2. Complete the sequences of the story by arranging the picture card correctly. 3. Ask and answer simple Wh-questions about the story of Goldilocks and the three bears with guidance.

(5 minutes)
- Video nursery rhyme entitled Three Bears.

- Stick puppets: 1. Teacher shows video nursery rhyme entitled Three Bears to pupil. 2. Teacher sings the song at first and holds the stick puppets. 3. Teacher asks pupils to follow to sing the song for two times.

Presentation (20 minutes) - Story telling session. - Big book of the story entitled Goldilocks and The Three Bears. (Appendix 2)
- Stick puppets of characters: (Appendix 3) i. Goldilocks ii. Papa bear 1. Teacher shows big book of the story to pupils. 2. Teacher asks pupils to seat in semi circle in front of class. 3. Teacher seats in front of class. 4. Teacher calls four to seat beside teacher. 5. Teacher gives the stick puppet of characters to four pupils. 6. Teacher asks four pupils to show their stick puppet to other friends. 7. Teacher introduces four main characters by asking four pupils to show the stick puppets.

- Sequencing the story correctly. - Envelope (picture cards) (Appendix 4) 1. Teacher divides class into 5 groups. 2. Teacher distributes envelope and manila card to each group. 3. Teacher gives explanation to do the activity. 4. Teacher asks each group to read and arrange the picture card according to the correct plotline of the story.
