Greetings with Peace and Love!

The Parents and Teachers Association with the full support of the Conalum Elementary School
Teaching Staff is now embarking on a valuable school project. We and the parents have felt that it is
much costly and pocket-burden to contribute for the payment for lawn mowing once every quarter or less
than a quarter a year. The fact that our lawn has greater area, much is the cost for the mowing. So we
have unanimously agreed to procure our own grass mower and targeted that this facility will be procured
as early as possible.

Since the school is now facing a financial setback and unable to carry out all its proposals and
projects, we cannot afford to purchase the item as early as this year. We have come to realize that a good-
hearted Conalumnon like you is the right person to reach out to. With much hope and prayers, we humbly
seek, therefore your financial assistance for the realization of the said project.
