And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his
commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the

1 1 INTRODUCTION
2 This document summarizes what we call the Ten Commandments of Freedom. These commandments
3 are intended to keep you out of trouble and on a solid footing in all your interactions with governments
4 around the world.
5 These commandments are patterned after the Ten Commandments found in the Holy Bible at Exodus
6 20. The original commandments have been modified to place them in contemporary American terms.
7 Chapter 3 of this document describes the real life application of each commandment, how the
8 commandment is violated, and authorities relating to remedies available to prevent the violations
9 described.

1 2 SUMMARY OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
2 1. You shall have no man-made laws before the Creator’s laws. You shall not look to the government
3 as your Savior nor put legislative statutes above my law. The Declaration of Independence
4 recognizes supremacy of the Creator’s law as the source of all law and rights. Do NOT consent to
5 be a slave to your servant government’s statutory laws.
6 2. You shall not worship or serve any man, politician, government, president, statute, creation of men,
7 flag, or other graven image. Be jealous of and do not surrender your power or sovereignty over
8 your politician servants.
9 3. You shall take oaths in God’s name only, shall honor your oaths, and shall not use God’s name in
10 vain. You shall not tolerate contract breakers or those who compel contracting with government
11 through abuse of franchises. You shall confess the true God and show allegiance to ONLY Him.
12 No man can serve two masters or take oaths to more than one master.
13 4. You shall keep the “First-day Sabbath” of Freedom (July 4th) and not permit the government to
14 enslave and control you.
15 5. You shall honor your father and mother. You shall protect your family with lethal force from
16 “swarms of officers” that charge, indict, fine, and imprison people in a commercial schemes
17 designed to transfer wealth from the family to the State.
18 6. You shall not murder. You shall vigorously protect innocent life (including the unborn) with lethal
19 force, but you must also possess vigorous, moral energy to apply the death penalty to those who
20 wrongfully take innocent life. Both the protection of life and the taking of life are religious duties
21 of man.
22 7. You shall not commit adultery. You are to keep your marriage contracts and protect your family
23 from personal transgressions as well as from a government that sanctions fornication, adultery, and
24 sodomy. Adultery includes both sexual adultery and commerce with government.
25 8. You shall not steal. You shall not permit your neighbor to steal; nor permit your government to
26 steal under color of law in a sophisticated tax scheme.
27 9. You shall not bear false witness. You shall not lie about your status on government forms or allow
28 others to lie about your status or presume a status you don’t expressly consent to. You shall not lie
29 about your neighbor in court nor tolerate being a victim of lies; nor shall you allow yourself to be
30 manipulated by clever and deceitful schemes designed to make you a “human resource” for the
31 benefit of the government.
32 10. You shall not covet your neighbor’s property. You shall not allow yourself or your neighbor to fall
33 prey to a commercial plot or taxation scheme, a.k.a. constructive fraud, designed to impoverish
34 you and your neighbor in order to increase the wealth and holdings of the government or a
35 financial elite.

1 3 APPLICATION OF EACH COMMANDMENT
2 3.1 You shall have no man-made laws before the Creator’s laws
3 BACKGROUND: You shall not look to the government as your Savior nor put legislative statutes above
4 my law. The Declaration of Independence recognizes supremacy of the Creator’s law as the source of
5 all law and rights. Do NOT consent to be a slave to your servant government’s statutory laws. The
6 purpose of this commandment is to prevent worship of gods that DON’T exist or things that the Creator
7 created.
8 1. Constitutional and natural rights attach to LAND while franchise PRIVILEGES attach to a statutory
9 status. Consequently:
10 1.1. You don’t need to be a “citizen”, “resident”, or “inhabitant” to have constitutional or natural
11 rights.
12 1.2. If you were standing on land protected by the constitution, you don’t need statutes or a domicile
13 to claim an injury in a constitutional court under the common law.
14 1.3. PRIVILEGES can only be acquired by your consent. If you never consent or contract with the
15 government, you can’t be party to the franchise contract that implements the privilege.
16 2. The ability to regulate PRIVATE rights is repugnant to the Constitution. Hence:
17 2.1. All government civil statutory law can and does regulate PUBLIC conduct of PUBLIC officers.
18 2.2. A government which asserts a right over specific property has the burden of proving on the
19 record of the proceeding the existence of consent to convert the property from PRIVATE to
20 PUBLIC property or to convert ownership of the property from ABSOLUTE to QUALIFIED.
21 Examples of violations and their remedies:
22 1. VIOLATION 1.1: By asking the servant for permission in form of a license to marry or work or
23 engage in commercial activity. For example, buying a gun, professional licenses, etc.
24 1.1. REMEDY 1.1: Don’t ask your servant for permission by applying for licenses because the
25 constitution gives you the right to contract and associate with others without government
26 permission. All licenses and franchises substitute the franchise contract in place of God’s law
27 and thereby supersede God’s law. Only two people can marry and the government cannot
28 interfere with that contract. Art. 1 Section 10. Only slaves need permission and direction
29 from their master to work. By engaging in commercial activity, you are engaging in the
30 private law of contracts, which existed before government.

39 2. VIOLATION 1.2: By agreeing to be prosecuted for a FAILURE to do something such as file a tax
40 return or get a license. A failure to do something is not a crime and can only be prosecuted as a
41 consequence of consent, a contract, or a franchise.
42 2.1. REMEDY 1.2: By demanding that they demonstrate the existence of duty that you consented
43 to by contract or agreement under the First Amendment.

2 2.2.1. Legal Requirement to File Federal Income Tax Returns, Form #05.009
4 3.2 You shall not worship or serve any man, politician, government, president, statute,
5 creation of men, flag, or other graven image
6 BACKGROUND: Be jealous of and do not surrender your power or sovereignty over your politician
7 servants. Do not consent to surrender your absolute right of equality of treatment in relation to any
8 and every government or collective. The purpose of this commandment is to prevent worship of
9 creations of men.
10 1. The origin of the authority of all government to civilly govern is the EXPRESS consent of the
11 governed, according to the Declaration of Independence.
12 “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator
13 with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure
14 these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the
15 governed, -”
16 [Declaration of Independence, 1776]
17 2. All power exercised by the government is delegated by the People COLLECTIVELY (through
18 voting) and INDIVIDUALLY through APPLICATIONS of some kind. That means that:
19 2.1. You can’t delegate what you don’t have.
20 2.2. The collective in turn cannot have any more authority than a SINGLE human being, since it is
21 also a “person” like everyone else.
22 2.3. The government can exercise no more authority than the people who delegated said authority
23 to them.
24 2.4. Every statute which claims or protects a government right EQUALLY protects your right to do
25 the same thing against the government.
26 2.5. A government that claims more rights than you and claims a right to demand your civil
27 obedience is practicing a religion in which:
28 2.5.1. “Obedience” acts as a substitute for “worship”.
29 2.5.2. They have “super natural” powers, meaning anything more than the natural has. You
30 are the natural being and they are the artificial, and yet have more powers than you.
31 3. Government franchises may not be offered or enforced within constitutional states of the Union
32 because they create or enforce INEQUALITY and make you INFERIOR to the government. They
33 may only be offered or enforced on federal territory because rights are inalienable. When
34 franchises are offered outside of federal territory in a legislatively foreign state:
35 3.1. The Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, 28 U.S.C. Chapter 97 kicks in and they implicitly
36 waive sovereign immunity and agree to be sued in state court under equity.
37 3.2. The Minimum Contacts Doctrine can be applied to make them liable for the injuries they
38 cause.
39 4. Government franchise courts cannot hear cases against those who didn’t lawfully consent to the
40 franchise. This is an unconstitutional Bill of Attainder. Franchise courts include but are not
41 limited to traffic court, family court, and tax court.

1 1. VIOLATION 2.1: By cooperating with, subsidizing, or consenting to any effort by the government
2 to enforce an authority that you the sovereign have not delegated to them. A sovereign can only
3 delegate a power that it has and the government cannot assume a power that is not expressly
4 delegated in writing.
5 1.1. REMEDY 2.1: By demanding the written delegation of authority and without it refusing to
6 CONSENT to assumed authority that has not been expressly demonstrated with written legal
7 evidence.

12 2. VIOLATION 2.2: Calling a judge “Your Honor” or “Your Worship” or “Your Excellency”.
13 2.1. REMEDY 2.2: Calling them “Mr.”, “Mrs.”, or using their first name.
14 2.2. AUTHORITIES 2.2: Exodus 20:5.
15 3. VIOLATION 2.3: Bowing or standing for a judge or dignitary, all of whom are servants and not
16 masters.
17 3.1. REMEDY 2.3: Do not bow or stand for anyone. Enter the room AFTER the requirement to
18 stand or bow has been satisfied.
19 3.2. AUTHORITIES 2.3: Exodus 20:5
20 4. VIOLATION 2.4: Using politicians as role models for your behavior or that of your family.
21 Example: Thinking that the English royal family is a model family.
22 4.1. REMEDY 2.4: Using the Bible as the ABSOLUTE standard for moral or virtuous behavior.
24 5. VIOLATION 2.5: Recognizing or cooperating with any attempt to define “State” as either a
25 corporation or as anything other than THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE within a specific jurisdiction.
26 5.1. REMEDY 2.5: Defining the terms “State”, and “United States” as the Sovereign People and
27 not any government or servant within a government. Judges frequently try to define or treat
28 the “State” as a federal corporation in commerce rather than a body politic of Sovereign
29 People. Asking which of the two “States” is being represented in the proceeding: the “body
30 politic” or the “body corporate”. It can only be one.

34 6. VIOLATION 2.6: Treating any government actor as having any more authority or rights than your
35 very own neighbor next door.
36 6.1. REMEDY 2.6: Treating government actors the same as your neighbor, and demanding
37 evidence that you EXPRESSLY CONSENTED to any and every civil right they seek to
38 enforce and presuming sovereign immunity just like the government to any civil liability they
39 can’t demonstrate EXPRESS CONSENT to.

2 God’s name in vain
3 BACKGROUND: You shall not tolerate contract breakers or those who compel contracting with
4 government through abuse of franchises. You shall confess the true Creator and show allegiance to
5 ONLY Him. No man can serve two masters or take oaths to more than one master.
7 1. VIOLATION 3.1: Participating in the pledge of allegiance, and especially if pledges to the Creator
8 are prohibited in the same situation.
9 1.1. REMEDY 3.1: Do not participate in the pledge of allegiance. Step out of the room and say a
10 prayer and a pledge to God instead of government.
12 1.2.1.
13 2. VIOLATION 3.2: Signing a perjury oath on a government form. All perjury oaths define the laws
14 under which the oath is taken, and that law in turn always ends up being law for government and
15 not private human beings. Thus you are volunteering for a government job by taking an oath.
16 2.1. REMEDY 3.2: Define the words in the perjury oath or the entire oath paragraph to give it a
17 meaning that places you OUTSIDE the jurisdiction of laws limited to government and places
18 you under the common law and God’s law ONLY.

22 3. VIOLATION 3.3: Invoking God’s name when swearing.
23 3.1. REMEDY 3.3: Do not speak profanities that invoke God’s name.
25 4. VIOLATION 3.4: Taking an oath to tell the WHOLE truth and then allowing a government judge
26 or prosecutor to interfere with telling the WHOLE truth. That’s subornation of perjury and it’s a
27 crime.
28 4.1. REMEDY 3.4: When acting as a court witness and the judge or government attorney
29 interrupts your attempt to state things he didn’t ask about, filing a criminal complaint against
30 the party and making sure the jury knows that the crime of subornation of perjury has been
31 committed.

35 5. VIOLATION 3.5: When submitting a government form verified by perjury or oath, failing to
36 define all the terms on the form so as to leave room for the judge or government actor to define
37 them in conflict with what you intended on the form or so as to bring you within the jurisdiction of
38 the government.
39 5.1. REMEDY 3.5: When acting as a court witness and the judge or government attorney
40 interrupts your attempt to state things he didn’t ask about, filing a criminal complaint against
41 the party and making sure the jury knows that the crime of subornation of perjury has been
42 committed. Nearly all the criminality that corrupted governments get away with results from
43 filtering the WHOLE truth out of the legal or administrative proceeding to make it at least
44 “appear” lawful. Instead, state on the form or when called as a witness:

8 BACKGROUND: This commandment means 1 through 3 above. The essence of the commandment is
9 to acknowledge that God and not men or even the founding fathers are the source of your rights. The
10 greatest lesson from the Declaration of Independence is that rights come from the Creator, and not any
11 man, government, or ruler.
13 1. VIOLATION 4.1: Identifying any statute or regulation as the source of your rights or identifying
14 with a status in the statutes to which such rights attach.
15 1.1. REMEDY 4.1: The only rights you can claim or recognize are natural rights and those in the
16 Constitution, all of which are not created by government but rather the Creator. All statutory
17 “rights” are in fact privileges which can only be used or possessed by government actors on
18 official business.

24 3.5 You shall honor your father and mother
25 BACKGROUND: You shall protect your family with lethal force from “swarms of officers” that charge,
26 indict, fine, and imprison people in a commercial schemes designed to transfer wealth from the family
27 to the State.
29 1. VIOLATION 5.1: Asking a judge for ANYTHING. Judges are coaches and servants, not decision
30 makers. Only the jury, who are the “State” and Sovereign in a republican form of government, can
31 make any decision about law OR facts in the presence of conflict of interest on the part of the judge
32 in cases against the government or government actors.
33 1.1. REMEDY 5.1: File all actions against the government or government actors in court under
34 equity and the common law, and define “court” as the jury and NO ONE in the government.
35 Insist that the judge cannot rule and is committing a crime to rule because he has a criminal
36 conflict of interest as a person representing government. All those making such a decision
37 cannot have a financial stake in the outcome.

1 3.6 You shall not murder
2 BACKGROUND: You shall vigorously protect innocent life (including the unborn) with lethal force,
3 but you must also possess vigorous, moral energy to apply the death penalty to those who wrongfully
4 take innocent life. Both the protection of life and the taking of life are religious duties of man.
6 1. VIOLATION 6.1: Abortion. You bow down to politicians (commandment 2) when a woman
7 conspire with a physician as an accessory to have her half born child murdered. This is an
8 unlawful commercial contract.

12 2. VIOLATION 6.2: Euthenasia. You bow down to politicians (commandment 2) when you
13 conspire to murder the old or diseased, and especially if you do so to save you or the government

15 3. VIOLATION 6.3: Jury tampering in capital cases. When judges tamper with the jury
16 3.7 You shall not commit adultery by having intercourse in commerce with any government
17 BACKGROUND: You are to keep your marriage contracts and protect your family from personal
18 transgressions as well as from a government that sanctions fornication, adultery, and sodomy. Adultery
19 includes both sexual adultery and commerce with government. Black’s Law Dictionary defines
20 “commerce” as “intercourse”:
21 “Commerce. …Intercourse by way of trade and traffic between different peoples or states and the citizens or
22 inhabitants thereof, including not only the purchase, sale, and exchange of commodities, but also the
23 instrumentalities [governments] and agencies by which it is promoted and the means and appliances by which it
24 is carried on…”

27 1. VIOLATION 7.1: Signing up for government “benefits”, franchises, or licenses of any kind.
28 1.1. REMEDY 7.1: Do not sign up for any government “benefit” and terminate participation in
29 any and all “benefits” immediately.

35 2. VIOLATION 7.2: Allowing or cooperating with the government in acquiring a commercial right
36 over you that you cannot acquire over them by the same means.
37 2.1. REMEDY 7.2: If they claim they have a right over your earnings because a false information
38 return filed against you without your consent connected you to the duties of a public office,
39 then file a false information return against them and volunteer them into YOUR servitude
40 under YOUR franchise contract and demand equal protection and equal treatment. We call
41 this an “anti-franchise franchise”.

3 3. VIOLATION 7.3: Sending in tax returns on April 15 to account for the execution of a public
4 office in the government that you don’t lawfully occupy and can’t lawfully volunteer for.
5 3.1. REMEDY 7.3: Instead annually send in a criminal complaint rebutting the false information
6 returns filed against you and demanding that the filers be prosecuted for fraudulent returns and
7 impersonating a public officer. It is these false information returns that constitute the false
8 report that links you to a public office in the government and the duties of said office.

14 3.8 You shall not steal
15 BACKGROUND: You shall not permit your neighbor to steal; nor permit your government to steal
16 under color of law in a sophisticated tax scheme.
17 1. The foundation of property rights is the right to exclude ANYONE and EVERYONE from using or
18 benefitting from the property. Anyone who claims to be a government and yet does any of the
19 following is committing FRAUD and acting as an ANTI-government, de facto government,
20 terrorist, and THIEF:
21 1.1. Allows you to exclude everyone BUT them from using or benefitting from the property.
22 1.2. Prevents or interferes with ABSOLUTE ownership of a thing.
23 1.3. Claims the right to tax or regulate the use of the thing absent your express consent.
24 1.4. Interferes with recording PRIVATE transfers of land or personal property.
25 2. Real governments are created to protect PRIVATE rights. The very first step in protecting private
26 rights is to PREVENT them from being converted into PUBLIC rights or PUBLIC property
27 WITHOUT the express consent of the owner. A government that won’t prevent that kind of
28 conversion is no government at all, but a THIEF that has no claim to our allegiance or support.
29 3. It is THEFT to convert a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT into a STATUTORY PRIVILEGE.
31 1. VIOLATION 8.1: Cooperating with or subsidizing efforts to use the government power of
32 taxation to transfer wealth among classes of people. This includes petitioning politicians to use
33 taxation to single out one group of people for the benefit of others.
34 1.1. REMEDY 8.1: Send in a criminal complaint rebutting the false information returns filed
35 against you and demanding that the filers be prosecuted. It is these false information returns
36 that constitute the false report that links you to a public office in the government and the duties
37 of said office.

41 favored individuals.. is none the less robbery because it is done under the forms of law and is called taxation.

20 2. VIOLATION 8.2: Using Social Security for inter-generational theft (stealing from your children
21 and grand children). This includes either paying for Social Security deductions in one’s pay or
22 collecting a Social Security benefit check.
23 2.1. REMEDY 8.2: Do not sign up for any government “benefit” and terminate participation in
24 any and all “benefits” immediately.

30 3.9 You shall not bear false witness
31 BACKGROUND: You shall not lie about your status on government forms or allow others to lie about
32 your status or presume a status you don’t expressly consent to. You shall not lie about your neighbor in
33 court nor tolerate being a victim of lies; nor shall you allow yourself to be manipulated by clever and
34 deceitful schemes designed to make you a “human resource” for the benefit of the government.
36 1. VIOLATION 9.1: By you filling out government forms MISREPRESENTING your sovereign
37 status in order to get what the politicians deceptively tell you are “benefits”. STEALING
38 (coveting, commandment 10) and LYING (false witness against yourself, commandment 9) are
39 NOT “benefits”. This is how you consent to be a slave. The sovereign does not need permission
40 from the servant to work, marry, or engage in commercial activities.
41 1.1. REMEDY 9.1: By understanding and by you correctly describing and defining all words on
42 government forms to protect your status as sovereign over the servant government.
44 2. VIOLATION 9.2: By providing a number when asked for YOUR “Social Security Number” or
45 “Taxpayer Identification Number”. All such numbers are property of the government and not you

1 and can only be used by public officers on official GOVERNMENT business. It is a crime to use
2 them as a PRIVATE person.
3 2.1. REMEDY 9.2: By entering “NONE” in the number block and in parenthesis “(PRIVATE
4 human being and not public officer)”.

11 3. VIOLATION 9.3: Describing yourself as a “U.S. citizen” on a federal form. This always correctly
12 implies a “national and citizen of the United States” per 8 U.S.C. §1401.
13 3.1. REMEDY 9.3: Describe yourself as “non-citizen national/statutory alien”. Constitutional
14 states of the Union are legislatively (but not constitutionally) foreign in relation to federal law.

21 4. VIOLATION 9.4: Cooperating with efforts by any judge or government attorney to add things to
22 definitions that don’t expressly appear in the definitions, or to assert jurisdiction over
23 EXCLUSIVELY PRIVATE rights or property. All such efforts cause deception, fraud, consolidate
24 law-making power in the hands of a judge, destoy the separation of powers, and allow “arbitrary
25 discretion” to be exercised that causes the government to become a THIEF.
26 4.1. REMEDY 9.4: Insist that the rules of statutory construction be strictly adhered to in all
27 government legal or enforcement actions. File criminal complaints against any judge or
28 prosecutor who violates the rules of statutory construction to expand or add to definitions and
29 therefore: 1. Enlarge their importance or jurisdiction; 2. STEAL from and enslave people
30 they are supposed to be protecting.

39 increase the wealth and holdings of the government or a financial elite.
41 1. VIOLATION 10.1: Scheming against your neighbor using frivolous litigation.

42 2. VIOLATION 10.2: Feigning injuries in a car accident to collect.
43 3. VIOLATION 10.3: Claiming disability where there is none and getting a doctor to diagnose you
44 with a disability to get disability insurance.

1 4 COMMANDMENTS OF SLAVERY
2 The following subsections are provided for you to COMPARE what GOD offers with what
3 GOVERNMENT offers. Throughout human history, God and Government have always competed for
4 the affections, obedience, and allegiance of the people.1
5 4.1 Ten Commandments of the U.S. Government
6 And the Government spoke all these words saying,

7 I am the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Europe, Africa, Mexico, and China, out of
8 the house of slavery to King George.
9 1. Thou shall have no gods before Government; and

10 2. Thou shall have no laws above the statutes of the state or follow any moral codes from an alleged
11 god who created the heavens and the earth and the water under the earth; Thou shalt not bow down
12 to anything but Government, for I the Lord thy Government am a jealous Corporation visiting the
13 treason of thy founding fathers upon my human resources to put them in prison unto the third,
14 fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth generation of them that hate Government. And,
15 showing mercy unto millions that contract with me and keep all my statutes; and,
16 3. Thou shall not take the name of Government in vain or speak despairingly of your career
17 politicians; for the High Priests of the State and our deacon lawyers will not hold him innocent that
18 fails to obey public policy; and,
19 4. Remember election days and keep them holy. Seven days a week shalt thou labor to support the
20 State. But, every two years there shall be a voting day to the Lord Government: in it, thou shall
21 take off from thy job, you and your children, and fellow slaves, and cattle, and dogs, and those in
22 the grave to cast thy vote; and,
23 5. Honor your president and congressmen and legislators and members of the BAR that their reign
24 may be long upon the earth which the State has taken from thee; and,
25 6. You shall not murder your civil rulers or police officers who spread statism and democracy, but
26 you shall support state sanctioned assassination by Navy Seals in faraway lands and state
27 executions of radical anti-government, anti-abortion, anti-homosexual, anti-imperialistic Christian
28 citizens who home school their sons and daughters and who don’t believe in the authority of the
29 state over the life, liberty, and property of their children and great grandchildren and great, great
30 grandchildren; and,
31 7. Thou shall not oppose adultery, divorce, fornication, sodomy, pornography, pedophilia, incest,
32 abortion, Islam, prostitution, transvestophilia, voyeurism, or orgies for this shall be a multicultural
33 society where every man can do what is right in his own eyes; and,
34 8. Thou shall not steal from the State for the earth and everything on it belongs to the Lord
35 Government; and,
36 9. Thou shall not bear false witness against thy benevolent Government by calling their officials liars,
37 thieves, and tyrants; nor shall you lie to police officers, politicians, or the IRS, but you shall
38 consider your civil rulers exempt from truth telling because it might threaten national security; and,
39 10. Thou shall not covet your own income or keep back thy house or taxes or wife or children or
40 possessions or cars or anything of thy neighbors for everything belongs to the Government.
