The One Stop Entertainment Agency Ltd. welcomes you to Cyprus and looks forward to
working with you as an important member of our team. We are pleased to offer you the
position of Live Singer and have enclosed the following information for approval of our
rules and guidelines and information about specific terms of your job and contract.

It is hereby agreed that: The One Stop Entertainment Agency of Cyprus obtains the
recruitment and services of: _________________________________________________
Period of Employment: 01 /05/2010 - 31/10/2010

1. Job Description
As a Live Singer you will be directed by The One Stop Entertainment Agency as to
your program/schedule of hotels and days of work. Generally you will be required to
work 2-3 hour programs, which should consist of 3 x 45 minute spots with breaks in
between. You must arrive at your place of work no later than half an hour before
commencement time. This will enable you to do any sound checks of equipment and
general P.R. with both hotel guests and staff. You will be required to pack down all
equipment including cables, mini discs etc before leaving the hotel. Failure to do so
will result in a warning. All Live Singers will be of a smart appearance during all
performance times (no flip-flops, shorts or T-Shirts).

2. Accommodation
The One Stop Entertainment Agency will provide the Live Singers with
accommodation. You may have to share bathroom and kitchen facilities with another
member of staff. The accommodation will be an apartment with kitchen facilities and
will be partly furnished. You will receive a maximum monthly budget of 150 Euros
for water and electricity per apartment. Any amount exceeding this will be deducted
automatically from your salary.

The Live Singer will receive an evening meal every night they work from the venue
he/she will be working in. In most cases the venues will allow you a number of free
drinks. However, it is The One Stop Entertainment Agency company policy that
anyone found drinking more than 3 alcoholic drinks during performance time will
receive a warning. Anyone found drunk or having complaints about drunken
behavior, will have their Contract of Employment terminated immediately.

4. Salary
The Live Singer (solo act) will receive a monthly salary of 1300 Euros per month on
the basis he/she works 6 days per week. If the Live Singer is unable to work due to
illness than he/she will be obligated to give 12 hours notice and the amount of 50
Euros will be deducted per day from their salary.

5. Transport
The Live Singer is responsible for all transport costs from and to the airport at the
beginning and end of the season.
The transport to and from your place of work will be provided by The One Stop
Entertainment Agency. (Outside working hours the Live Singer is to obtain own
transport.) When using a motorbike, scooter or moped you are required by Cyprus
Law to wear a safety helmet at all times. Remember have SAFE FUN!

6. Flights
The Live Singer will have to pay for his or her own flights to and from Cyprus.

7. Health/Medical Insurance
The Live Singer is obligated to obtain his or her own medical insurance to cover any
sickness or illness outside of work. Any sick leave will have to be approved by a One

Stop Entertainment Agency doctor. Any period of time exceeding a combined total
of 2 weeks may result in termination of the contract. A copy of the original medical
insurance policy must be given to The One Stop Entertainment Agency prior to
commencement of contract.

8. Death/Injury
In the unfortunate event that the Live Singer is seriously injured or in the case of
death, The One Stop Entertainment Agency will not be liable for any resulting claims
from the Performer during their employment with the One Stop Entertainment. As a
One Stop Entertainment Agency member of staff you are expected to act and work in
a professional manner.

9. PA Equipment
The One Stop Agency will provide each artist with amps, speakers and leads, but it
will be the Singers own responsibility to provide their own minidisc player or laptop,
microphone and backing tracks. All the equipment that One Stop Entertainment
Agency provides will be to excellent European Safety Standard. Any damages made
due to neglect by the Live Singer will result in paying the damages.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
i. All members of The One Stop Entertainment Agency will be given a one-month
trial period for implementing their specific job description duties successfully.
ii. Should a member of staff terminate their own contract before the completion date,
the sum of 20% of the total net salary from the previous months will be retained by
The One Stop Entertainment Agency.
iii.Any member of staff wishing to terminate their contract must give The One Stop
Entertainment Agency one months notice in writing before stopping work.
iv.Upon completion or termination of contract the member of The One Stop
Entertainment Agency must vacate their accommodation within 3 days.
v. The One Stop Entertainment Agency has the right to and will terminate the contract
if a staff member receives 1 verbal and 2 written warnings for misconduct. In the
case of anything more serious than misconduct the contract will be terminated
immediately and any salary or expenses due will be retained by The One Stop
Entertainment Agency.
vi.Upon completion of contract you are not permitted to work for another company in
Cyprus in the capacity of entertainment for a period of 18 Months unless authorized
by The One Stop Entertainment Agency Management.
