parkingforcustomersandvendors,additionalparkingislocatedonstreetaswellasinnearbytownparkinglots.

TheexactdatesareDecember6,2014February7,2015March7,2015andApril4,2015.ThereisnomarketinJanuary.
Theseasonmarketfeeis$40.Feetoattendonemarketis$15.Checkscanbemadepayableto:SherburneWinter
FarmersMarket.
TheMarketwillconsistoflocallyproducedconsumablegoods.Valueaddedproductsmaybeadmittedatthediscretionofthe
marketmanagers.Itisthegoalofthemarkettohaveallproductssoldbytheirproducers.Someexceptionsmaybemadeforlocal
productsthatarenotwellrepresentedbutwillhelpimprovethemarketsviability.Thoseitemsmaybemarketedbyimmediate
familymembers,nonprofitgroups,orcommunitygroups.ThesewillbeincludedattheMarketManagersdiscretion.All
applicationswillbeconsidered.
Allapplicationsmustbesignedandincludeacopyofanyapplicablelicensesandcertificates.
Vendorsmustcomplywithalllocal,stateandfederalregulationsforallproductstheysellincludingpropertaxationif
requiredbylaw.
Itisthevendorsresponsibilitytoensurealllawsarefollowed,notthatofthemarketsnorthemarketmanagers.
Vendorsarerequestedtonotifythemarket72hoursinadvanceifnotbeabletomakeaspecificmarketdate.Themarket
willoperateunlessaweatheradvisoryrestrictingtravelisissued.Norefundswillbegivenintheeventthatthevendor
cannotmakeittoamarket,norifthemarketiscancelledduetoweatherrelateddrivingrestrictions.
Vendorsmustprovidetheirowninsurancecoverageandsubmitproofofinsurancealongwithlistingthefollowingas
additionallyinsured:SherburneAmericanLegion,KellyChristensenPerrin,andRobinMizrahi.
Tablesareprovided.Eachmarketspotconsistsofa6or8foottable,unlessotherpriorarrangementhavebeenmade.Tablesizes
canberequestedandmanagerswilldotheirbesttomeetrequest.Tablesizeandlocationwillbeassignedbymarket
managers.Chairsarealsoavailable.
Vendorsetupandteardownis45minutesbeforeandaftereachmarket.
Vendorsareexpectedtocleanuptheirspaceanddisposeoftheirrefuseinanorderlymanner.
Arampisavailableforeaseofloadinginandout,andvendorparkingisprovidedinthesideparkinglotoftheLegion.
Pleasebringatableclothtocoveryourtable.
Vendorsmustdisplaycompanysignandpricesaretobeclearlylabeledonyourdisplay.
Signsmaybesetonyourtableorbehind,butmayNOTbeattachedtothewallswithtape,tacksorinanyothermanner
(thisisattherequestoftheLegion).
Drinkingofalcoholicbeverages,smoking,illegaldrugs,petsandloudamplifiedmusicwillnotbepermittedatthemarket.
Allvendorsagreetoabidebytherulesandregulationsandanyinstructionssetforthbythemarketmanagers.Themarket
ManagersareKellyChristensenPerrinandRobinMizrahi.
AtthistimetheMarketManagersareworkingtosecureanEBTmachineforthemarket.Ifamachineisobtainedanyvendorwho
sellsaNYSapprovedfoodproductmayhavetheoptionofacceptingSNAPbenefitsatnoadditionalcharge.
HoldHarmlessClauseandInsurance:AllvendorsparticipatingintheSherburneWinterFarmersMarketshallbeindividuallyand
severallyresponsibleforanyloss,personalinjury,deaths,and/oranyotherdamagethatmayoccurasaresultofthevendors
negligenceorthatofitsservants,agents,andemployees,orproductsandallvendorsherebyagreetoindemnifyandholdharmless
fromanyloss,cost,damages,andotherexpenses,includingattorneysfees,sufferedorincurredbyreasonsofthevendors
negligenceorthatofitsservants,agentsandemployeesorproductsthefollowing:TheSherburneAmericanLegion,theSherburne
WinterFarmersMarketanditsMarketManagers.Noinsuranceisprovidedbythemarkettoparticipants.Allproducersshallbe
requiredtocarryappropriateliabilityinsurancelistingthefollowingasadditionallyinsured:SherburneAmericanLegion,Sherburne
