CORPORATE DINING
FOOD RUNNER: (1FT, 5AM) ($8.15/HR)
Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the buffet items. This position will fluctuate between the
Blackhawke Dining room and Banquet Events. This position involves a considerable amount of walking and standing, as
well as the ability to lift, carry and push up to 30lbs. This person must have good communication skills as this position
has constant guest interaction. Must be able to speak conversational English. Previous restaurant or customer service
experience preferred. Work may require evening, night, holiday, or weekend assignments on occasion. Schedule varies
according to business demands and needs.
TAVERN FOOD RUNNER: (1FT, 3PM) ($8.15/HR)

Tavern Bar and Blackhawk Dining room. This position involves a considerable amount of walking and standing, as well as
the ability to lift, carry and push up to 30lbs. This person must have good communication skills as this position has

night, holiday, or weekend assignments on occasion. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.

CULINARY
ACTION STATION COOK: (1FT) FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE ($8.30HR $10.40/HR)
Must have 1 year of high volume food prep experience. Needs to have basic knowledge of various cultural cuisines,
cooking techniques, and safety and sanitation guidelines. Must have experience cooking in front of people and be able
to maintain a professional demeanor. Needs to be able to prepare eggs, omelets, and other standard breakfast items to
order. Must have excellent guest service skills including the ability to clearly speak and understand English. Sanitation
habits and standards must be high. Needs to be able to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 30lbs unaided,
perform repetitious tasks for extended amounts of time. Schedule various based on business demands and needs. Must
be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
PANTRY COOK: (1FT, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE ($8.30HR $10.40/HR)
Responsible for all cold food production for the food & beverage outlets. Needs to have basic knowledge of various
cultural cuisines, cold food preparation techniques such as vinaigrettes, charcuterie and creating composite salads using
an array of different ingredients. Must have understanding and experience with making display presentations and
center pieces for buffets, as well as plated events. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of high volume
production in hotel/conference center or high volume restaurant setting. Must be able to communicate basic work
related information to supervisors and coworkers. Must be able to read recipes in English. Must be able to speak
conversational English. Position involves prolonged standing, pushing and pulling; must be able to lift up to 50lbs
unaided. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.
BAKER: (1 FT, 5AM-2PM) ($8.30 $10.40/HR)
Responsible for the production of all bakery goods for the food & beverage outlets, nourishment hubs and catering
functions. Must have understanding and experience with making breads, baking various doughs & batters, decorating
cakes & dessert presentations for buffets, as well as plated events. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience baking
in a bakery, hotel/conference center, or high volume restaurant setting. Must be able to communicate basic work
related information to supervisors and coworkers. Must be able to read recipes in English. Must be able to speak
conversational English. Position involves prolonged standing, pushing and pulling; must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.

FOOD COURT
FOOD SERVER: (3FT) ($9.00/HR)
Sets up assigned station for food service, serves meal and breaks down station after meal period. Must maintain
counters, equipment and general work areas clean using appropriate safety and sanitation methods. Position entails
prolonged walking, standing and lifting, pushing and carrying of material over 30lbs. Ability to work evenings, weekends
and holidays is required. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs. Must be able to speak
conversational English.

HOUSEKEEPING
PM HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR: (2:30PM - 11PM) ($11.55/HR)
Oversee the afternoon/evening operation of the housekeeping department providing supervision of the housekeeping
staff under guidance of Executive Housekeeper. Will be responsible for assigning and cleaning designated areas
including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices and
banquet/meeting/conference rooms. Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed. Additional duties
may include helping with scheduling, inspection of guest rooms and guest areas, prepare, distribute, and communicate
changes in assignment sheets. Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and
motivating and coaching employees. Position entails prolonged walking, standing and lifting, pushing and carrying of
material over 30lbs. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Schedule varies according to business demands
and needs. Previous supervisory experience is required. Must be able to speak conversational English.
DEEP NIGHT CLEANER: (1FT, 10:00PM-6:30AM) ($9.00/HR)
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas, including conference center rooms, carpet cleaning, office
space and public restrooms in order to maintain Dolces high standards of quality. Must be able to follow instructions,
directions and meet deadlines. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Position entails prolonged walking,
standing and lifting, pushing and carrying of material over 30lbs. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.

STEWARDING
DISHWASHER: (1 FT, 2pm -10:30pm) ($8.50/HR)
Operates dishwasher to properly clean all china ware, silver ware and cooking utensils used in the kitchens, restaurants
and banquets. Scrubs pots. Re-stocks all supplies in the assigned areas. General kitchen cleaning duties including the
cleaning and mopping of kitchen floors and trash removal. Position entails prolonged walking, standing and lifting,
pushing and carrying of material over 50lbs. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Schedule varies
according to business demands and needs.
