Increase, But Would Sign Repeal
Legislation In June 2014. In June 2014 in
an article about the endorsed candidates the
Bemidji Pioneer wrote, In response to a
question from the Pioneer, he said although
he would not actively work as governor to
get the two laws repealed, he would likely
sign legislation repealing them if it were to
be sent to him by the Legislature. [Bemidji

Wage Workers In Minnesota. In April
2014 in an article about the minimum wage
increase the Star Tribune wrote,
Minnesotas minimum wage is set to jump
from one of the lowest in the nation to one
of the highest, promising a better standard
of living for more than 350,000 workers but
raising bottom-line concerns for some

October 2013 in an article about Johnson
and Honour attending a St. Cloud Tea Party
event the St. Cloud Times wrote, Honour
and Johnson both said they oppose

Johnson Voted Against Increasing The
Minimum Wage In May 2005. Johnson,
voted against SF3, the bill to increase the
minimum wage, as it passed the House as
amended 84-50 on May 2, 2005. [House

To Curtail Corporate Tax Loopholes To
Fund Property Tax Relief. Johnson voted
against the Mullery amendment to HF785,
the amendment to curtail corporate tax
loopholes to fund property tax relief.
Johnson voted against the amendment as it
failed 53-81 on May 10 2005. [House

The Mullery Amendment Repealed The
Foreign Source Royalties Subtraction. In
May 2005, Rep. Mullery proposed an
amendment to HF785 which would have
repealed the Foreign Source Royalties

Subtraction Cost $119.9 Million For The
06-07 Biennium. In February 2005, the
Minnesota Department of Revenue issued
its Tax Expenditure Budget, noting the
Foreign Source Royalties Subtraction had a
