(New Students)

Dear Parent,

It gives us great pleasure in welcoming your ward and you to VIBGYOR Kids. In order to ensure that
your ward enjoys a trouble free settling down process in the school, we request you to kindly follow the
schedule contained herein.

1. Coffee Meet
The aim of this meet is to familiarize you with the schools infra structure, curriculum, rules and
policies, and to give you a forum to interact with the teaching staff.

2. Issue of School essentials ( Text books, Stationary etc)
The school essential of the pre primary section are retained by the respective class teachers and
kept in the school for the entire year.

3. Purchase of School Uniforms
The school uniforms can be purchased from the VIBGYOR Shop, between 09.00am to 04.00pm as
per the schedule mentioned below.

Uniforms have to be purchased only after proper trial. Uniform items may be exchanged only under
the following conditions; provided the complaint is received within 10 days from date of purchase
and on production of sale receipt.
a) Colour running
b) Shrinkage
c) Manufacturing Defect.

4. Purchase of School Shoes
This is mandatory for students of Playschool upwards, and can be purchased from the VIBGYOR
Shop, between 09.00am to 04.00pm as per the schedule mentioned in Table A above.

Exchange of shoes, in case of manufacturing defect only is permitted within a period of 10 days
from date of purchase on producing the sale receipt.

5. Snack Facility
Nutritious snacks, based on a monthly cyclic menu will be provided to your ward in the classroom
during school hours.

6. School Bus Facility
The Bus Enrolment Form is attached herewith (Annexure A).Bus Enrolment forms are also
available at the school Help Desk.

Should you desire to avail of bus facilities for your ward, please fill and submit the Bus Enrolment
Form along with the Bus Fees at the Fee Counter between 8

7. ID Cards

At VIBGYOR, it has been our continuous endeavour to offer our students and parents different
Value Added Services which make life easier, safer, efficient and enjoyable. In todays age of
information technology, we are once again pleased to introduce to you a state-of-the-art
automation solution in form of a Multi-Purpose Smart Card.

Starting with a basic students identity card function, it also has an in-built RFID circuit which
enables it to be used as automated attendance tracking device in the school and school buses.
Various uses and services associated with this card will be activated in a phase-wise.

Multi-purpose Smart Cards are specially designed and made for VIBGYOR and not available in open
market. Due to use of advanced technology that goes in this card and its critical use in the childs
daily schedule, you are advised to ensure that the child carries this card each day to the school. Also
note that in case of loss of a Multi-purpose Smart Card, a replacement card will be charged at
Rs. 500/ - per card (It is compulsory for all students).

8. Bearer Cards
It is mandatory for guardians to be in possession of a school bearer card when they come to pick up
their ward. The person (Bearer) authorized to collect your ward from the school must show this
card before collecting the child. This card will be distributed along with the ID card.

The ID cards will be charged at Rs.200 / -

Please ensure that students (Parent Pick up and drop) are in school by 08.20 AM sharp. Late
comers will be sent home.

2. All Cheques / DD / PDCs to be made in favour of Vibgyor Kids- Balewadi. Payments for
Uniforms / Shoes in cash only.

3. All Cheques must be for the exact amount. Short Payments will not be accepted.

4. It is compulsory to note the Students Name, Board, Grade and Enrolment No. and Mobile No.
behind every Cheque (including PDC).

5. Receipts for all payments (including acknowledgements for the PDCs) must be collected by the
parents before leaving the Fee Counter.

6. Please ensure there is sufficient amount in your bank to ensure that the PDCs will be honored.

7. Dishonored Cheques will attract a fine of Rs. 500 / - per cheque per incidence of dishonor.

8. All and any late payments will attract a fine of 2% on the amount outstanding / overdue.

9. Payments / Cheques cleared after the due date due to dishonor will attract both the fines
mentioned in pt. 7 & 8 above.

10. Fees once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
