Removing a document from a court file is a felony. This letter deals with just that issue. It appears that the clerk of court removed a defendants documents and replaced them with other documents not pertaining to the original case.

Dear Ms. Johnson:
I am an aspiring journalist who is following Terry Trussells case on line. The on line documents reveal there is a discrepancy with Book 469 page 467 and 468.
One set of documents shows a civil lien imposed on Jonathan King. Mr. King failed to honor his obligation to pay certain fines, costs of court, restitution, or probation supervision costs in the amount of $288.00. This caused Judge Cynthia Munkittrick to impose a civil restitution lien to recoup said costs.
Conversely, the other documents reveal a Bill of Information written by Mr. Trussell to you and a letter to Chief Judge Greg Parker. Since both contain the same book and page numbers, I want to know which is correct. I will appreciate your sending me an electronic copy of what you have on file.
Looking forward to your reply, I remain
Yours in the bill of Rights,
