Sub: Special Rates for Interview Room Requirement

Dear James

Thank you for considering The Regus Group for your forthcoming event. Please
find our special offer as below:

Option I:
Venue:
Regus CBD Bangalore

Conference Lunch Rates Per Person:

We are pleased to extend a per person rate of Rs. 5850 + 10.30% tax for full
day . This rate is inclusive of the following:-

 02 rounds of Tea/ Coffee and Cookies for interview Panel

 01 Internet Connection and 01 phone connection

Option II:

Conference Lunch Rates Per Person:

We are pleased to extend a per person rate of Rs. 3802 + 10.30% tax for Half
day . This rate is inclusive of the following:-

 01 rounds of Tea/ Coffee and Cookies for interview Panel

 01 Internet Connection and 01 phone connection

Additional Charges: INR 1500 + tax for after office hours after 6:00 pm.

Taxes applicable are subject to change without prior notice & will be levied as per
Government regulations.

Confirmation and Advances:

We will require a 50% advance towards confirmation of your event later followed by
the remaining 50% before commencement of the event. Balance if any to be settled
immediately after the event on the same day by credit card or local company cheque.
All advances paid are specific to the aforesaid event, are non- refundable and
cannot be adjusted with or against future events and/ or other facilities available
with us.

In the event of the advance schedule not being followed, Regus reserves the right
to cancel all reservations.

Cancellation:
Where a reservation is cancelled you must pay us all Charges for which we are
liable to third parties (e.g. caterer sand equipment suppliers). In addition, if your
reservation is for a group of 12 or fewer people you must pay:
• The full price for a cancellation within 24 hours of the time you were due to
start using the facility.
• 50% of the full price for a cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of the time
you were due to start using the facility.
• No part of the price for a cancellation more than 48 hours before the time you
were due to start using the facility.

If your reservation is for a group of more than 12 people or for more than 2
consecutive days you must pay:
• The full price for a cancellation within 14 working days of the time you were
due to start using the facility.
• 50% of the full price for a cancellation between 14 and 30 working days of the
time you were due to start using the facility.
• No part of the price for a cancellation more than 30 working days before the
time you were due to start using the facility.
All charges are exclusive of local tax. This standard cancellation policy applies
unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
