Chef Minton comes to Carmel with an outstanding record of culinary achievement, #eginning with

wor$ed at the *it+,Carlton under Chef de Cuisine Gary -an$o. &t that "ro"ertys )errace *oom,
Minton #ecame intimately familiar with traditional (rench "rovincial techni.ues and cemented his
undenia#le "assion for coo$ing. His talent earned him a "romotion to the *it+,Carlton &tlanta and

(rancisco. -uring his tenure there, he was a regular guest of Narsi -avids Coo$ing Classes at

dinners for the 'rit+$er family and *o#ert Mondavi. Chef Minton is also "roud to have hosted an
