01) A. Payment : By Confirmed, Irrevocable, without recourse, unrestricted , Letter of Credit for 100%
value of the order Payable ‘AT SIGHT’ in India, against shipping documents and advised through our
bankers in Ahmedabad,Gujarat, India , as above,
B. Such L/C should allow partial-shipment, transshipment, +/- 10% variation in quantity and
should be freely negotiable by our Bankers,
C. Combined Transport Bill Of Lading “Freight Pre-Paid” Should be accepted in lieu of ‘Clean
Shipped on Board’ B/L. B/L will bear the clauses “Said to Contain “, Shippers Load, Stow &
Count’. etc”,
D. All Bank Charges outside India, including Reimbursing Bank’s Charges/Commission/ Postage
etc. would be to the buyer’s A/c,
E. Such L/C should be valid for shipment till 05-11-2009 and till 26-11-2009 for negotiation of
documents,
F. Port of loading : Any INDIAN PORT,
