Situation:
The sanitary storm drain system that runs from the parking
garage and through the mall collects the rain water, as well
as oil and grease from cars. The system has cast iron pipes
that are exposed along the ceiling of a tenants offce space.
These pipes leaked and damaged a tenants inventory.
Solution:
The pipes were incredibly clogged but Nu Flows proprietary
cutting tools were used to bring the pipes back to their original
diameter. Then the Nu Drain system was installed using Pull-
in-Place technology. The project was completed after hours
so there was not any disruption to mall operations.
