3 Step to be followed
Please follow below steps:
3.1 Requestor SCM to Log a CA incident
SCM to Consult Strategic marketing if needed.
Supply Chain Mgt to Log an CA Incident with the request -Assign to IT NIVH.
Cc: PIVH.
1 Business: First it needs to be specified to which product type these product classes need
to be added.
2 IT helpdesk (MHKU): Issue can be assigned to MHKU then to have this update in the ma-
trix (excel) table and have this uploaded in Baan
3 IT helpdeks (MHKU): Also align with the support colleagues of Accenture in India to up-
date the customizing in SAP (to keep Baan and SAP in line)

3.2 IT perform following checks & assign to Functional
analyst.
The master file needs to be updated
The consistency on these codes needs to be guaranteed towards all the other
Baan companies.
3.3 IT functional Analyst
Ensure that the necessary changes are done in the different systems.
Note that between SAP ECC & SAP CRM the product hierarchy is double maintenance.
3.4 Questions
In case any concerns in relation to which combinations to select or when in doubt that a fit-
ting combination is available, this should be escalated to the respective SCM-organization in
the lead (the organization linked to the ORGCODE2)
