Summary of my experience: 51 units of SOLD REO in 2009. Copies of all MLS sold sheets provided upon
request. In 1999 I became licensed real estate sales person while working full time for Trammel Crow on the
corporate real estate management account for Bank One; this was Trammel Crow’s largest commercial
banking real estate services account. This experience gave me great insight into the banking view of large real
estate portfolios. My focus became residential resale in March of 2001. Today I have over 10 years of
professional real estate experience in areas including residential, commercial, land, property management,
REO premarketing through deposition, eviction and cash for keys processes, short sale marketing and
negotiation.
