Panel related
accessories
Eave gutters, downspouts, curved eaves, wall
flashings and trims are produced from the
same material (base metal, thickness,
substrate coating, paint finish and color) as
the wall panels of the building.
Ridge panels and roof related accessories are
produced from the same materials as roof
panels.
Zamil Steel type "S" panel has a profile of 5 major high ribs on each panel module. The rib height is
34mm which is 20% higher than most of the fastener systems available in the market, thus ensures
adequate and effective valley for drainage. This profile is designed to withstand heavy roof loads,
such as loads due to snow and wind uplifts.

Zamil Steel type "K" panel is the standard deck panel for mezzanines and floors systems. Although
exceptionally strong, this panel is used as shuttering for reinforced concrete floors of mezzanine. The
panel is not considered as a substitute for the reinforcement of mezzanine concrete slabs.

Zamil Steel MaxSEAM Roof System is one of the best patented standing seam roof systems in the
industry today. The profile rib height of 76mm couples with an unique seaming process, ensure
maximum weather-tightness. MaxSEAM panels are available in 24 inch (609.6 mm) or 18 inch (457.2

Panels are available in the standard colors of Zamil Steel panel chart listing.
General
Roof and wall panels are roll formed from 0.5mm (nominal) thick cold-rolled steel
coated with an aluminum & zinc alloy (Zincalume). The material conforms to ASTM A
792 Grade 340 class 2 with alloy coating AZM150. Panels are mill painted (Pre-painted).
Paint thickness shall be 25 microns of high durability Polyester on the exterior (weather)
face and 12.5 microns of plain polyester on the interior face.
Mezzanine deck panels are roll formed from 0.7mm (nominal thick cold-Rolled galva-
nized steel. The material conforms to ASTM A 653M SS coating Z 180.
Pre-painted Zincalume panels are available in ZSP (Zamil Special Polyester) paint finish, a
modified polyester polymer paint system suitable for most exterior roof and wall applica-
tions.
Note: listed standard colors are our stock item, however, Zamil Steel can procure and
supply other desired colors subject to the minimum quantity, price and extended delivery
to procure special colors.

Zamil Steel ZW panel has 8 major high ribs each panel module. The two adjacent pair of high ribs
makes the design of this profile unique among other profiles available in the market. The rib height is
25mm with 1000 mm coverage width. ZW profile is the best choice for aesthetic yet robust wall panels.
