Trurstman Legal Services Pvt. Ltd, a leading Indian Law firm, with offices in Delhi and
Mumbai, was established in 1998. Apart from its own offices, Trustman & co. also
uses its integrated network offices in USA
We advise financial institutions, commercial enterprises, state and regulatory bodies
on complex and critical issues. Our aim is to provide consistently high quality advice
that combines technical expertise and an understanding of the commercial
environment in which our clients operate. Trustman Legal Services is a multi-
disciplinary and full service law firm established in the year 1998 with a focus on
providing comprehensive and innovative legal solution to Clients. The Firm
specializes in Banking & Finance, Joint Ventures, Foreign Investments into India,
Private Equity, Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Cross-border M&A, Insurance,
Competition Law, Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration.
Our firm also specializes in providing a full range of LPO services and is well
established in the LPO industry. Our clients include well known law firms and MNC
corporate legal departments.

PARTNER PROFILES
Kaviraj Singh is the founder partner of Trustman Legal Services Pvt.
Ltd. Mr. Singh essentially practiced in the areas of commercial laws with
specialization in Banking and Real estate, Commercial and Regulatory compliance
laws. Mr. Singh is the founding Chairman of India Chapter of New York State Bar
Association, International Section of New York State Bar Association conferred the
title of Chapter Chairman Emeritus on Mr. Singh and has been presented with
memento by the Consular General of United State of America Consulate at New
Delhi. Mr. Singh also worked as a Director, India Office, New York State Department
of Economic Development to promote the investment into New York and export
from New York State to India.

Pooja Dutta is a Partner at Trustman Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. She has
gained prior experience at large, local and international law firms, including
renowned firms such as Martin F. McMahon & Associates, Washington DC, USA. And
Barkats & Associates, Washington DC, USA. Pooja is a visiting faculty at the K.C. Law
College, Mumbai for IPR and contract law. Additionally she serves as the Executive
Director of Global Vision India Foundation, a NGO thats works towards providing
excellence in legal education and holds the position as Of Counsel for ITAG, a
Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm. Pooja is skilled in Trademark and
Copyright prosecution, IP, Software and Technology Licensing. Being committed to
serving society, Pooja is involved with the crime enforcement department of the
Mumbai Police in their anti-drug and cyber-crime initiatives, and provides pro bono
services to several charitable institutes. She has graduated with LL.M. from George
Washington University, USA.

Subramanya Sirish Tamvada is a Partner at Trustman Legal Services.
Sirish enrolled as a lawyer at the High Court of Delhi in the year 2007. He won many
scholarships and accolades. He was one of the few Indians selected for the
prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to pursue Masters Degree (M.A.) in Global
Studies. He received full tuition scholarship to pursue his Master of Laws (LL.M.)
degree from American University, Washington College of Law, Washington D.C., USA.
Sirish primarily practices commercial laws especially; Company Laws, Mergers and
Acquisitions, Competition Law, drafting contracts and has experience in Litigation
and Arbitration. In addition to practicing law he also undertakes teaching
assignments from time to time.

Uttam Datt graduated in law in the year 1995 and got enrolled with the
Bar at New Delhi. He largely practiced commercial law and Arbitration, Litigation and
has essentially practiced in the area of International as well as national commercial
litigation & arbitration in the area of Power, Corporate, Real Estate, Banking,
Industrial dispute and constitutional law. Besides litigation, Mr. Datt has been
advising leading private equity funds operating in the country for their domestic
funds and FDI based investments including structuring of investments and handled
FDI investments made by leading private equity funds in large real estate projects
including land due diligence assignments
Trustman further employs professionals from diverse background which include
attorneys, chartered accountants, company secretaries, experienced engineers, IT
professionals and others as per the clients need. All employees are qualified from
top universities in India and Abroad.

Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) are any regular services that can be supported
remotely for your law firm or for your clients, e.g., legal database update, notices on
mortgages, cease & desist, online notices having standard formats, legal magazine/
journal support to law firm clients.
IP Support
TRADEMARKS: Trademarks searches, drafting applications, filing and prosecution at
USPTO; PATENTS: Patent Preparation, Searches, Invalidation searches, Portfolio
mapping, Prosecution at USPTO, Figures as per USPTO specification.
E-Discovery:
Litigation Readiness advise, Strategizing, Data Collection, Data Processing, Document
Reviewing, Producing.
Litigation Support:
Preparing Date and Event Schedule, Case summarizing, judgment validation and
collecting information from client, Summarizing, online filing of writ, documents,
notice of attachment etc., before the court. Drafting of pleadings and filling the
forms etc.
Legal research
Preparing memos and researching for relevant judgments (of a particular US circuit
court) on Lexis database.

Trustman works closely with clients to reduce their cost from 60% to 40%

LPO MODEL OF ENGAGEMENT
A team of Attorneys & paralegals work on your cases, from our offices/
facilities in New Delhi & Mumbai.
These are dedicated staffs who work only for your projects/ cases.
The staff is trained both by you and by Trustman management.
If required, the Attorney/ Paralegal based in India will visit your office to get
appropriate training for 1 week or so.
