City Investments was found in 2002 as a small bakery shop in Male under the name City Bakery and has now grown to
be the biggest bakery in the country. The successful growth of the company depended on innovative ideas and passion
for quality and consistency in delivering bakery products to the community. While City Bakery still remains at the core
of the business, City Investments has expanded its scope to include a restaurant, fast food caf and 3 bakery showrooms
under its umbrella. We are the leading supplier of bakery services and offer its customers fresh and quality baked
products and baking ingredients. The service chain includes City Bakery and bakery showrooms, the restaurants owned
and managed by City Investments.

Currently we are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates to join our team to fill the following
positions

Bake Master (01) (City Bakery

Qualification & Requirements

- A Diploma/Degree from a Baking and Pastry Art School
- Minimum 7 years experience in the field
- Fully competent in bakery production & services.
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to work in odd hours including nights,
weekends, holidays and extended hours when required.
- Ability to define a problem, collects data, establish facts and forms conclusion & being
proactive.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and works well in environment with
time constraint.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skill
- Computer literate
- Able to work with employees with divers cultural background.
- Self-motivated & result oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English

Pastry & Bakery Chef (04) City Bakery

Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of age
- Certificate/Diploma from a Baking and Pastry Art School
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar post.
- Able to work on shift duty.
- Able to work with employees with divers cultural background.
- Self-motivated & result oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken
Fully competent in bakery production & services.
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to be present at work for assigned
schedule including, nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours when required.
