Dear Peace Corps Watch:

This is a final response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request which
follows on FOIA Request 12-143. Specifically, [W]e are requesting the actual data
collected and researched in country, by country. The data is needed to understand
the summary response. In addition, the impact studies and volunteer surveys cited in
the response are also summaries of the data collected and researched in country. We
need the data collected and researched in country to understand your summary
response, citiations of impact study summaries and volunteer survey summaries.
Please respond with the actual data collected and researched in country, by country of
the summary response to the FOIA(12-143), the actual data collected and researched
in country, by country of summary impact studies and the actual data collected and
researched in country, by country of summary volunteer surveys.

We have responsive material in the form of survey data and data dictionaries.
Attached, please find these documents:

Africa survey data, 18 spreadsheets; data dictionaries, 959 pages.
EMA survey data, 12 spreadsheets; data dictionaries, 396 pages.
IAP survey data, 4 spreadsheets; data dictionaries, 164 pages.

All of the survey data and the data dictionaries are releasable to you with redactions.
Please see attachments. They have been redacted pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552 (b)(6).
Exemption 6 protects the individuals right to privacy against the publics interest in
seeing personally identifying information. Additionally, certain information in the
survey data and the data dictionaries was removed as it was not responsive to your
request.

If you are not satisfied with this response, you may administratively appeal within 30
business days of your receipt of this letter. The appeal should be addressed to Garry

number and a statement explaining what you are appealing. It is possible to submit
