Defendant was arrested on a warrant on charges of trespass and theft in the 5th degree. He has
elected to enter guilty pleas to both charges. On the trespass charge the court sentences him to serve
a jail term from 8:00 a.m. on September 12, 2014 until 8:00 a.m. September 15, 2004 plus costs as
taxed by the clerk. On the theft charge he is sentenced to pay a fine of $100.00, $35.00 surcharge
and $60.00 court costs. All of those amounts shall be paid by October 31, 2014 or defendant shall

criminal proceeding.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED pursuant to Iowa Code Section 690.2 that the Defendant
shall be fingerprinted at the Sac County Sheriffs Office and those prints submitted to the
Department of Public Safety. The defendant shall telephone the Sheriffs Office (712)-662-7127 to
make arrangements and have fingerprints taken within thirty (30) days ofthe date ofthis order.
Failure of the Defendant to be fingerprinted within thirty M) days of the date of this order
shall constitute illegal resistance to an Order of the Court, and a warrant may issue pursuant to
Section 665.7 of the Code of Iowa to bring the Defendant before the Court forthwith to show cause

facility shall fingerprint the Defendant and mail said fingerprints to the Sac County Sheriffs Office
