Provided for lecture styled monthly All Managers Meetings on topics related to employee

Employee and Physician Benefits Offers a unique perspective from both an employer

Policy, and provides for more comprehensive quarterly analytical reporting to the
committee of the plans investment funds performance.

Implemented a self-funded Health Insurance plan with 3 tiers that offer financial
incentives for employees to use Wilmington Health providers. Additionally the plan
focuses on biometric outcomes and is designed to help control projected cost increases by
encouraging employees, through significant premium discounts, to make healthy life
style choices including being or attempting to be tobacco free as well as maintaining a
BMI<28 or achieving specific weight loss ratios during the year. Utilized available
predictive analytic tools to develop tactics related to health plan changes.


Corporate Training Created and continuously redesigned training tools and professional
development initiatives. Training projects included a revised comprehensive On
Boarding Program, required annual regulatory training, LEAN continuous improvement
methodology, promotion of an employee tuition reimbursement program, free Continuing
Nursing Education (CNE) credits offered at all locations during lunch programs featuring
lectures by internal medical subject matter experts. Instituted a leadership cross training
program. Revamped the Bloodborne pathogen training to an online interactive program
thereby reducing the impact of employees being pulled away from their work centers for
extended periods of time.

Recruiting Revamped the process to more efficiently manage the staffing needs of a
continuously growing organization. Enhanced the Great Plains HRIS system by
implementing Silk Road, a paperless ATS web based recruitment application, featuring
career pages, job board syndication, line management collaboration, scheduling, social
