Panel Mount
For measuring the true RMS value of voltages &
currents in A.C. networks. The moving iron system
is formed by two irons, one fixed, the other is
attached to the indicating pointer through a shaft.
The arc of the moving iron depends on the current
flow by the coil. The braking, that eliminates over
shooting is produced by the action of silicon
viscous fluid.

The consumption of energy can become difficult to measure in situations of multiple loads
& different tariffs.
Circutor is able to offer a complete solution.
The product range includes single phase digital & mechanical meters that can measure
consumption at pre-determined locations to control each sector of the project. Three phase
active & reactive electronic meters are also available for monitoring the different electrical
services, or machines that may be installed within the facility.
Once coupled together by a pulse centralisation unit & connected to a PC the Easycomm
software provides monitoring & recording of consumption data for control, collation &

The Power Xpert 4000 Meter
provides core functions for
monitoring power consumption &
power quality. This unit uses Delta
Sigma technology to sample
circuits at 1024 samples
per cycle for extremely accurate
measurement of harmonics & other events.
The Power Xpert 6000 Meter adds another level of sampling ability,
using a combination of voltage & duration to isolate sub-cycle
oscillatory transients. An optional 512MB memory card provides
generous storage for waveforms & other event data.
The Power Xpert 8000 Meter adds the ability to capture very fast
transients by sampling at 6 MHz - 100,000 samples per cycle. Thats
a sample every 166 nanoseconds-six samples every millionth of a
second, across three input channels & neutral-to-ground.

The Power Xpert Meter 2250
This meter provides all the core functions for monitoring power consumption & power
quality along with 256MB for data logging, Ethernet connectivity & onboard gateway
card limits. This unit uses D/A technology to sample circuits at 400 samples per cycle
for accurate measurement of power factor & energy consumption.
This meter adds the ability to monitor total harmonic distortion & the ability to set onboard
meter limits. The meter also will illuminate LEDs on the faceplate, indicating that a limit has
been exceeded. This meter comes standard with 512MB for data logging.
This meter adds the ability to monitor individual harmonics & visualize waveforms on your

The IQ 250 & IQ 260 electronic meters provide capabilities you wouldnt normally expect
in an affordable, compact metersuch as fast sampling rate & accurate metering for a full
range of power attributes. The meter can be configured either from the easy-to-read display
or remotely (accessible via a Power Xpert Gateway) for upgrades to input/output option
cards.
Eatons IQ 250 & IQ 260 meters provide direct-
reading metered values for the most critical
power aspects, such as watts, watt demand,
watt-hours, voltage-amperes (VA), VA-hours,
vars, var-hours & power factor. They have
high sampling speed & accuracy. The IQ 260
meter also measures power quality, such as
total harmonic distortion (THD) up to the 40th
order. The IQ 260 also provides configurable
limit alarming/control capability of up to eight
measured parameters for more sophisticated
power management.

8d & 14d Power Factor Regulators are based on a microprocessor that monitors the
power system status. This provides the ability to calculate whether to connect or disconnect
capacitors in achieving the target power factor setting.
Capacitor Step regulation is determined by selecting a 8d model which has the capability
to control eight steps & similarly 14d type is capable to switch 14 steps. LED Indication
lights provide local status of power factor & connected capacitors.
