H1 (2014-15) Performance Appraisal Schedule

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to inform you that we will begin our Half yearly (H1) performance
assessment process (Apr-2014 Sep-2014 ) from Oct 1
st
2014. The performance
assessment for all the eligible employees will be completed by 28
th
October 2014.

Please find below the H1 Performance Appraisal calendar.

2014-15 : H1 Start Date End Date
Self-Assessment 1 Oct 2014 15 Oct 2014
Supervisors Assessment 16 Oct 2014 28 Oct 2014

Every subsequent activity depends on the completion of the previous one, so we
request your whole hearted cooperation in strictly adhering to these timelines for
successful completion of the process. Please note that a default rating will be assigned
for H1, if the process is not completed within the stipulated timelines.

*A default rating of N3 for those who do not complete the self-assessment on time

*A default rating of N3 for the supervisor if it is pending at his/her end and the
employee gets a G2 rating

Enhancements in the Performance Management System: -
Rating Legend :

KRA Score Rating Rating Description
>=101 E Exceptional
>=80<=100 G Good
<80 N Needs Improvement

Performance Diary : Modified to capture the details in reference to the respective
appraisal cycles for KRAs and KBAs. All other history data would be read only format.
