CONTRACT FOR DJ SERVICES

This contract/agreement for musical entertainment is made effective as of ____________, by

and between Vanessa A. Uy, herein after referred to as the Client, and Clyde Harris, herein
after referred to as the DJ.

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements
contained herein, Vanessa A. Uy hires Clyde Harris and the latter agrees to provide Disc Jockey
Services ("DJ" services) to Vanessa A. Uy under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon
by the parties:

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB, WORK OR SERVICE

The Client hereby engages the DJ to provide a DJ Service. The Service to be performed on
October 10, 2014 at Event Location:

Venue: BOHOL CULTURAL CENTER
Address: Carlos P. Garcia Avenue, Tagbilaran City, Bohol
Time Frame: 7PM-2AM
Hours of Service: Two (2) consecutive hours within the time frame

Services shall consist primarily of providing musical entertainment by means of recorded music
format.

2. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE

a. DJ shall set-up and conduct sound check one hour before the starting time. The DJ shall play
electronic dance music for two (2) hours without any breaks unless requested by the client.
Requests for extended playing time beyond the agreed-upon hours of service shall be
accommodated if feasible, but it may not always be possible to provide additional performance
time.

3. PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay the DJ, in consideration of the Services contracted for, the sum of
Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php 15,000.00), to be paid after the event in cash.


4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of this contract by the client will result in a refund of any monies paid. If
cancellation is initiated by the DJ all monies paid to the DJ from the Client shall be fully
refunded.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

DJ and the client agree that DJ shall neither provide nor be responsible for security relative to
the event. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DJ from any liability, which might occur
as a result of a breach of any security with respect to the occasion or damages to the premises
where the services of DJ are to be performed. Client further agrees to pay and reimburse DJ for
any damage which may occur to DJs equipment due to the actions of the client at the event.
6. FORCE MAJEURE.

If performance of this Contract or any obligation under this Contract is prevented, restricted, or
interfered with causes beyond either party's reasonable control ("Force Majeure), and if the
party unable to carry out its obligation gives the other party prompt written notice of such
event, then the obligations of the party invoking this provision shall be suspended to the extent
necessary by such event. The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitation, acts of God,
fire, explosion, storm or other similar occurrence, order or acts of military or civil authority or
by national emergencies, riots or wars. The excused party shall use reasonable efforts under the
circumstances to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance and shall proceed to
perform with reasonable dispatch whenever such causes are removed or ceased.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties , and there are no other promises or
conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of
this Contract. This Contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between the
parties.
