e7-loited. :hat does the +uture holdL Does the
/o0ernment is solely res-onsibleL No doubt this is
a -roblem that in0ol0es us all.
Many o+ these children li0e the -ain+ul reality o+
3or1in/ in the streets and out o+ school. A child
3ho is not educated closes the doors o+ their
dreams and a decent +uture. A child has the ri/ht
to be educated, to recei0e lo0e and -rotection,
