Mr. Siva Rama Krishna, JE/TRD/OHE/Chatrapur, Electrical, Traction

requesting for a transfer to Guntakal Division, South Central Railway.

His father is suffering with ill health due to old age and requires his
attention hence requested for a transfer. The then Railway Minister of State
Sri Kotla Jaya Surya Prakasa Reddy sent a note to Railway Board requesting
to consider his transfer. This is a genuine case requires a humanitarian
grounds consideration in view of the ill health of the father of the candidate.

I request you to kindly consider his application for transfer to Guntakal
Division of South Central Railway.
