Fulllment
Comptel Fulllment is a service fulllment solution that
combines an innovative and highly exible approach to
service design and build with robust delivery capability.
Comptel Order Management is part of Comptel
Fulllment. It decomposes the order into its technical
elements, and controls the progress of the customer order
from receipt to activation.
Comptel Provisioning and Activation is part of Comptel
Fulllment, but can also be provided as a standalone solution.
It enables CSPs to fully automate the entire workow from
service order all the way up to the start of billing. It covers
the service activation workow design, testing, management
and version control.
Comptel Service and Resource Inventory is part of
Comptel Fulllment. It manages all the resources that are
needed to fulll a customer order, from service capacity to
customer handsets, mobile numbers to IP addresses, as well
as the many new service elements, some drawn from partners,
which are likely to form part of the next generation service
portfolio.
Comptel Dynamic SIM Management is a modular solution
that allows the number and services to be selected by the
subscriber the rst time the SIM is used. The solution also
supports the full life-cycle of SIM cards, from the moment
the cards are produced to the point when they are scrapped.
Information Management
Comptel Catalog enables rapid product creation and
delivery for the new generation CSP, providing functionality
for both a federated Enterprise Service Catalog and a product
management and delivery platform. It offers a unique
approach to breaking down a sellable product bundle into
technical network capabilities; a key requirement for the
quick re-use and redenition of product offerings.
Comptel Subscriber Prole Repository provides a live
and accurate view of subscriber business data, including
service congurations and allocated price plans. It allows the
CSP to monitor business-critical customer status and activity
information across multiple networks, and provides a single
point of reference to all interested business functions.
Control and Charge
Comptel Control and Charge is an integrated, modular
solution that combines policy control with charging. With
the solution, CSPs can offer subscribers more personalized
services that will encourage spending. At the same time they
can control the use and sometimes abuse of scarce and
costly resources, particularly bandwidth.
Comptel Convergent Mediation is a highly scalable,
patented platform which collects usage transactions from
a wide range of network equipment and element types
