The role of the of the Project Manager (a)planning project activities, tasks, & end resultsincluding work
break down ,scheduling &budgeting (b) organizing ,selecting& placing the project team. Coordinating the
various tasks in project (c) indentifying the technical & functional problems (d) dealing crises, conflicts &
solving problem etc.
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the
successful completion of specific project.
Project management must be dynamic &flexible in order to manage the uncertainties & risks.
Product Management A single person is given the authority to oversee all aspects of a products manufacture.
