A parcel of land (Lot 6247-A), situated at Barrio Cadagmayan Sur, Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Iloilo , Philippines. Bounded on the NE, points 5-6 by Lot 6247-B of the subdivision plan; on the SE points 6-1, by Lot 6230 points 1-2 by Lot 6251; on the SW points 2 to 4, by Lot 6252 and on the NW points 4 to 5 by Lot 6322 all of Sta. Barbara Cadastre. Containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (8, 729) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
That the above-named parties are the surviving heirs of the late Apolonio Salanatin ;
That there are no known debts or obligation due against the estate of said decedent and the above-described property is free from liens and encumbrances; and
That it is to be the best interests of the parties hereto to divide and partition and adjudicate among themselves the entire estate extra judicially, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court;
That Luisa Molinos Salanatin waives her rights to the said property, said property is to be divided equally to the remaining heirs
