Lynne Black, 20 years old, presents to the Emergency Department with a 16-hour history of abdominal pain.
In the next 10 minutes, obtain a focused and relevant history and conduct a focused and relevant physical examination.
As you proceed with the physical examination, explain to the examiner what you are doing and describe any findings.

11. Initiates inguinal region examination [EXAMINER, report: Normal, please move on]
12. Asks for results of rectal examination [EXAMINER, report: Mild tenderness on right side]
