Quality Assurance
Quality assurance acti"ities focus on the processes 'ein used to manae and deli"er
the solution to e"aluate o"erall project performance on a reular 'asis. Quality assurance
is a method to ensure the project will satisfy the quality standards and will define and
record quality re"iews) test performance) and customer acceptance.
Quality Control
Quality control acti"ities are performed continually to "erify that project manaement and
project deli"era'les are of hih quality and meet quality standards. Quality assurance
also helps unco"er causes of unsatisfactory results and esta'lish lessons learned to
