particularly in the underdeveloped countries, cannot afford to hopelessly remain

BACKGROUND

FLORA LIMITED started its journey on 1
st
of April, 1972. It was incorporated as
a private limited company in August 1975 and took over the going concerns of
Flora Enterprise and Trinity Enterprise.




INFRASTRUCTURE

At the moment we have a total of 60,713 sq ft of office space all over the
country, equipped with more than 250 Work Stations, with many High-end
cluster Servers with backup options. Among the other equipment, we have
high-end Network printers, scanners, Large Format printer, Digital Copiers
and fax etc. All of our devices are interconnected with our Headquarters
through Broadband Fiber Optic Network.

The Company has 19 branches spread all over the country. Out of 19
branches, all 12 branch in Dhaka city has ON LINE connectivity with fiber
optic backbone. All our office in Dhaka city are communicated through Video
conferencing and Data Networking. Very soon all our branches outside Dhaka
city are going to communicate through our own VSAT.

The Company has a vast human resources - 511 professional people are
working in our company, most of them are well qualified, trained and
experienced Engineers and certified by internationally reputed companies like
HP, CISCO and SYSTIMAX, 3M, MICROSOFT, CA, Epson, Canon, Roland,
Olympus, Nikon and APC.

service it can increase sustainable growth. As a matter of fact, the reason
behind Flora Limited's success to-day is mainly due to its superb after-sales-

All our Branches/Outlets are computerized. All the branches located in Dhaka

After-Sale Service
FLORA LIMITED endeavors to provide instant after-sales-services at the customers'
premises. Service calls received during the day are invariably attended on the
same day, unless a call is received very late. Under normal circumstances no
call is left unattended beyond the next working day.

If the circumstances are such that the equipment cannot be repaired at the
customers premises, Flora Limited humbly requests the customer to send the
equipment to the company's service department. In such a case Flora Limited
makes it a point to repair the equipment in shortest possible time. If for any
reason it is anticipated that the equipment can not be repaired within a
reasonable period, Flora Limited try to provide a temporary replacement to the
customer in order to minimize the customer's down time.

Round the Clock Support
Realizing the critical nature of function in the Banking and Telecommunication
sectors we have a dependable arrangement for service and support to those
sectors round the clock- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To
cater to this service, we have, in our payroll, 122 Engineers. We have a plan to
extend this 24-hour service in phases to other sectors also depending on
customer requirements. Meeting customers' requirements and achieving their
satisfaction is our motto.

PROVERTY ALLEVIATION PROJECT

Bangladesh is one of the poorest countries in the world. In an attempt to help
people generate their income, Flora Limited organizes free Seminars and
then provides training on digital photography. There has been enthusiastic
response from all over the country. As of December 06, we imparted training
to 34 batches. Of them, about 1500 people have already started Digital
Photography studio with equipment supplied by us. All the trainees who set
up digital photography shop are earning nearly Tk. 10,000.00 to Tk.
50,000.00 a month from the digital studios.

CALL CENTRE
Flora Limited has recently started a call centre with adequate equipment,
trained manpower, appropriate software and bandwidth. We are nearly
operational and shall open our door any time now.
