(a)5%CashbackonallMovieticketpurchasessubjecttoamaximumcapofRs.100permonth.
IdentificationofMovietransactionsarebasedonMCCs(MerchantCategoryCodes)allottedby
VisaandMasterCard.Citibankwillnotberesponsibleforproviding5%cashbackforpurchases
atmerchantoutlets/franchiseesthathavenotregisteredthemselvesundertheMCCsassigned
forEntertainment(Movies)byVisaandMasterCard.
(b)5%CashbackonallUtilitybillpaymentsenrolledandchargedtoCitiBillPaythrough
CitibankOnline.CashBackissubjecttoamaximumcapofRs.100permonth.Transactionson
thiscodeincludeallandanypaymentmadethroughBillPay,includingutilityandtelephone.To
accessBillPay,visitwww.citibank.com/India>InternetBanking>BillPay.(Pleasenotethatif
bothutilityandtelephonetransactionsaremadeonBillPay,theywouldbesubjecttoa
combinedcapofRs.100/only).
(c)5%CashbackonallTelephonebillssubjecttoamaximumcapofRs.100permonth.

(d)0.5%cashbackonallpurchasesdoneoncategoriesapartfromMovies,Telephonesand
Utilitypayments.

2.CitiBillPayTermsandConditionsapplywhereCardholdersareregisteringforthesame.For
details,visitwww.citibank.com/India

3.ThecashbackshallbecreditedbackintotheCardholdersCitibankCashBackCardaccount
automaticallyonaccumulationofRs.500.IntheeventthattheCashbackearnedforthemonth
islessthanRs.500,theremainingCashbackwillbecarriedovertothenextmonthsstatement
untilaminimumRs.500isearnedandthecashbackisfullycredited.Thecreditwillonlyhappen
inmultiplesofRs.500

4.OnlyCardholderswhoseCitibankCashBackCardaccountisopenandremainsingoodcredit
standing,asdeterminedbytheBank,initssolediscretion,areentitledtotheCashback.

5.IfaCardholder'sCitibankCashBackCardisterminatedatanytimeforanyreason,whether
bytheprimaryCardholderortheBank,theprimaryCardholderwillforthwithbedisqualified
fromearningthebonusCashbacksandallunusedCashbacksthenaccruedshallautomatically
beforfeitedimmediatelyaftervoluntaryorinvoluntarycancellationoftheCitibankCashBack
Card.

6.AnyremainingCashbackincludingCashbackspendingcreditintotheaccountofthe
Cardholdershallimmediatelyceasetobevalidupontheoccurrenceofthefollowing:
(a)thecancellationoftheCitibankCashBackCard;or
(b)theconversionoftheCitibankCashBackCardtoanyotherCitibankcreditcardandno
refund,extensionorcompensationshallbegivenbyCitibank.
