a comprehensive custom made service, from design to manufacture.
All FEFCO styles (the industry accepted standard) are available, as well
as innovative designs engineered from our in house studio.
Full graphic design facilities are also available to ensure your
packaging has the maximum visual impact required to sell your
product. Flexographic, Litho and screen-printing are all available and
our trained sales team would be pleased to advise you on the most
effective combination of material and print volumes required.

produce made-to-measure cartons and cases exactly to our
customers needs. With our CAD software and a Lasercomb Plotter and
sample maker, we can now design and produce packaging in a
fraction of the time it used to take, with amazingly accurate results.
With the addition of a laser pointer we are
also able to produce small runs of
high quality printed cartons using
pre-printed board. This is the

CELL-O EZII GREEN
For customers with large or small void fill
applications, the CELL-O EZII machine uses pre-
configured, perforated film in a variety of sizes and
film types. Changing film sizes or threading in new
film takes only 15 seconds.
With its self-contained air supply, the CELL-O EZII system is one of
the fastest air cushion machines available, producing small
cushions at 49 lineal feet per minute and large cushions at 32
lineal feet per minute. Operator friendly and maintenance free,
the CELL-O EZII system is ideal for both large distribution centres
and smaller operations

PILLOW PAK GREEN AIR CUSHIONS: Superior performances and
sustainable benefits for your protective packaging.
Recycled and 100% recyclable: PILLOW PAK GREEN air cushions contain at
least 12% post-consumer recycled HDPE and are 100% recyclable
EN 13427 Compliant: PILLOW PAK GREEN air cushions comply with the
requirements of the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive
(94/62/EC) outlined in the EN 13427 standard.
Superior Performances: the 44 micron thick film offers, in combination with
the air transfer technology, superior cushions and protection for your
products.
Cost Effective: 26mm PILLOW PAK GREEN bubble height reduces the
number of wraps whilst providing the same cushioning as standard bubble
film. Also, 2.5 pallets of PILLOW PAK GREEN are equivalent to 1 truck load of
bubble wrap giving you savings on transport, handling and storage costs.

Epsilon Paper System
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY VOID FILL
Clean, easy-to-use, 100% recycled paper cushions are readily disposable being fully
recyclable and biodegradable.
ON DEMAND FILL
The epsilon system produces fill on demand, to any selected length, making it a highly
convenient packaging media. Each roll converts up to 80 times its original volume,
saving on storage space.
SUPERIOR PROTECTION
Light-weight cushions absorb impact and stay firmly in place, making them suitable for
packaging items of all types. Cushions can be shaped into buffers to block and
brace goods, avoiding total fill and produce substantial cost savings.
COMPACT & SIMPLE TO USE
The Epsilon machine is fully mobile on castors and takes up minimum floor space.
When the packer removes a cushion, in semi-auto mode, the next pack is

Easypack Spiral System
CUSHION VOID FILL
The Easypack Spiral generates continuous tubes of packaging paper that can be easily
formed and shaped to offer cushion protection as well as cost-effective void fill.
SIMPLICITY IN DESIGN
Simply pulled from the fully adjustable, bench mounted dispenser, the spiral tubes are
then cut to length by the integral guarded blade.
FLEXIBILITY AND EASE-OF-USE
The system produces a quicker and better pack than hand formed paper while taking

Strapping & Edge Protection
The pallet containers are normally supplied with type 1 pallets, except for the MPAL500;
however we can supply stronger pallets if you are packing heavier items. Pallets are heat
treated to comply with the International Phytosanitary regulations
for export.
1. The Mega-Pal arrives flat packed for convenient storage
and ease of transport.
2. Simply remove the lid of the Mega-Pal to expose the
sleeve folded inside the base.
3. Remove the sleeve from the base of the Mega-Pal
and fold out to form a strong and rigid case.
4. The Mega-Pal is now ready for use.
5. Once the Mega-Pal has been filled the lid can be
placed on top and can then be strapped, or stretch
wrapped, ready for transport.

& temperature. This manufacturing
process classifies them as 'processed
wood', 'particle board' or 'panel products';
much like MDF or Chipboard. Since
ISPM15 regulations only control raw timber
pallets & packaging and not processed
materials it means that Presswood Pallets
can be freely exported worldwide without
further treatment. Although certification of
this product is not strictly necessary, we
offer voluntary certification to ensure
trouble free exports.

Secondary Range
The following range of UN approved cartons are an off the shelf, general use,
fibreboard packing case. These cases are used for hazardous goods but carry
less weight than the primary range. Tested primarily with glass winchester
bottles we have extended the testing to include some plastic and metal

UN Approved Packing Cases
Mega-Pak Ltd has been working closely with several vehicle airbag manufacturers,
classifying their products for safe transport by Road, Air and Sea. We now have the
facility to perform the necessary bonfire tests and arrange legal classification
documentation, enabling smooth transit of Vehicle Airbags. With the patented Durosafe
system we can re-classify restricted Class 1.4G airbags into class 9 allowing them to be
sent by passenger aircraft and greatly reducing your transport costs.

for dangerous goods packaging, at competitive rates.

Vermiculite Pouches
The Vermiculite pouches are supplied ready to use in large outer boxes.
The Vermiculite pouches are easy to handle saving time during packing.
The product is clean as the vermiculite is contained within an absorbent pouch which
still allows the vermiculite to absorb any spills.
The Vermiculite pouches are available in four different sizes each having a different
absorbency capacity therefore taking the guess work out of how much to use.

How to find us
Situated between the M4 and M40, and just 8 miles from the M25, Mega-Pak Ltd is
ideally located for servicing the packaging needs for the south east of England.
Daily deliveries are made to Heathrow airport and surrounding areas on our own
vehicles and we are also available for collections should you require.
M4 - Exit the M4 at Junction 6, Slough Central and take the 3rd exit off the roundabout onto Tunns Lane.
Continue over the next roundabout and get into the left hand lane to turn left at the traffic lights and onto the A4,
Bath Road. Continue down the A4 through 4 sets of traffic light for approximately 1 mile. Turn right into the Slough
Trading Estate before you reach the B & Q warehouse on your right. Continue down Dover road, over another set
of traffic lights and into Dundee Road. Take the second road on the left, Banbury Avenue and Mega-Pak Limited is
the second unit on the left.
M40 - Exit the M40 at Junction 2 and take the 3rd exit (Eastbound) or 1st Exit (Westbound). Follow the A355
towards Farnham Common for approximately 4 Miles. When you reach a double roundabout, go straight over the
first roundabout and take the first exit off the second roundabout. Follow the road for
1
/2 mile and at the next
roundabout take the 3rd exit into Northborough Road. Follow the road over the next roundabout and take the 2nd
road on the left (Chatfield). Continue on this road until you reach a set of traffic lights and turn right. At the next set
of lights turn right again into Dundee Road. Take the second road on the left, Banbury Avenue and Mega-Pak
Limited is the second unit on the left.
