INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses FELIPE GOYENA, GLORIA CABADING
and VIRGINIA ALEGRE y DAGOOC of the crime of Falsifcation of a
Public Document, committed as follows:
That on or about April 20, 2006, in the City of Manila, Philippines,
the said accused conspiring and confederating together and helping one
another, being then private individuals, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously commit acts of falsifcation of public document
and knowingly use said falsifed public document, with intent to cause
damage to ELENA S. QUIOGUE, to wit: the said accused prepared and
executed, or caused to be prepared and executed a Deed of Absolute Sale,
wherein they made it appear, as it did appear that said ELENA S.
QUIOGUE, as Attorney-in-Fact, voluntarily and freely sold, transferred and
conveyed to accused VIRGINIA ALEGRE y DAGOOC, a parcel of land
containing an area of 31.50 square meters, located in Malate, Manila,
covered by TCT No. C-176951 of the Registry of Deeds of Manila City,
registered under the names of Ma. Luisa Q. Lutz, Melinda S. Quiogue,
Nerissa O. Gomez, Ma. Lourdes Q. Kasilag and Roberto S. Quiogue and had
the same acknowledged before a Notary Public, for and within the City of
Manila, ATTY. ROBERTO B. ARCA, entered in his Notarial Registry as Doc.
No. 418, Page No. 85, Book No. 1, Series of 2006 with witness in the
person of herein co-accused Gloria Cabading, therefore a public document;
said accused well knowing that the same was false and outright forgery and
that said ELENA S. QUIOGUE did not participate nor intervene in the
preparation or execution of the said Deed of Absolute Sale, much less did
she authorize herein accused or anybody else to sign and afx her
signature on the said document; that once the said Deed of Absolute Sale
was forged and falsifed in the manner above set-forth, said accused
presented the same with the Registry of Deeds for Manila, to the damage
and prejudice of ELENA S. QUIOGUE and/or public interest.
Contrary to law.
