because it is a living, a leader
does not necessarily have
more knowledge than their
subordinates, but the ability to
listen to everyone and make
the best decision , A leader
isnt nothing without his group
and the leader isnt a wealth of ideas wasting his potential , both lead and
be led to know are two very important things that should not evidence
conformity or laziness but humility, simplicity and more authority of both
sides.
Leading isnt always easy , but it should be, because a good group all the
participant can be good leader , the greatest problem that have the leader
are the sedentary lifestyles and mental laziness of the participant of the
group because they can confuse leadership or leader as directly person
responsability for the activities and objectives set out well and not as the
side prosecutes discipline and capture ideas for making the best use, if for
that reason that the success of a group depends not only on whether or not
a good leader , in fact the success of the group depend of the energy and
interest that they will print to everything without let that the bad energy be
present making an atmosphere of complacency for those participant who
limited to be worn by those who enjoy working .
Just to say a few of the things that lead us not knowing to be led and
therefore make us lousy leaders and end when we realize that anyone can
achieve their goals only, however small that they may seem , it is easy for
our hoarding behavior becomes repressed and greedy finally , for the
simple reason of not having the humility to recognize our place in society
believe that the good or money can buy everything including happiness and
undervalue what nothing can buy like: values, virtues and happiness to
serve developed into a full social life .
